They worked great, had good audio quality, and the breakaway connection was convenient, but the white pair's right speaker recently stopped working. To rule out that possibility, I tested it with the other pair's wiring. After contacting Turtle Beach support and supplying all of the testing materials, the support engineer asked if he could send me a new cable because the old one was possibly broken. I replied with all of the testing information again, stating that the black pair on the cable works perfectly. Even after sending follow-up emails, I haven't received a response from them in weeks. up e- requests in the mail br>br>Product is fine until you need support for something that isn't covered by warranty.

So here we go. The headset is fantastic in and of itself. VERY COMFORTABLE, SOUNDS AMAZING, AND THE MIC IS EXTREMELY CLEAR AND WORKS WELL. The reason for the three stars is because of the problems I encountered.
1. When I opened the shipping box, I noticed that the tamper tape on both sides had been cut.
2. I ordered white and received black (the sticker on the plastic wrap around the box said white, but the tamper tape had been cut again)br>3. There should be glasses straps under the ear muffs, but there aren't any, according to the manual. My main concern is that I received a less expensive headset that was packaged differently.

They conform well to whatever position I sit in and do not move. I can't hear anything when I have them on, lol. Noise cancellation is excellent. While playing, the sound quality has greatly improved my sense of direction and general awareness, as well as picking up some things in-between. My other headphones were not compatible with the game. Has these things on the sides that connect by magnets and add to the design, which I assume are for protection. The box comes with extra accessories and is well-made, so you can use it as a safe storage container after unboxing. I'm not sure how to use the detachable mic; I can't seem to get it to work, but it comes with another chord that has a built-in mic that works perfectly. 100% satisfied with the service provided and would recommend it to other The price is a little high, but you usually get what you pay for these days, so I don't mind paying a little more to know I'm getting great performance. If I had to, I'd buy it again. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: There wasn't much to figure out to get the microphone to work, but it was a start. Windows spatial is a step down from Windows 7 for me. There is only one surround. When listening to music, the sound seemed to be very good. The material is of good quality and it is extremely comfortable to wear. Because my son's excellent wireless turtle beach 7 was broken, I decided to purchase one. 1 surround, but I liked the idea of wired for quality, but I also liked the freedom that wireless provided. The controller is directly connected to this.

The super amp can be seen in every video. The super amp was mentioned repeatedly by support. This model does not include a super ampbr>- It's simple to get confused about how to plug in 3. 5mm jack and boom attachment require some force to fully engage and do not reversebr>- Windows Spatial is a good program, but it falls short of a perfect score in my opinion. 1 surroundbr>br>If you only play on Xbox and/or love Windows spatial and don't mind a 3, this is the option for you.
