I just wanted to put together a quick FAQ to correct the most common incorrect statements in these reviews because people are stupid and there is an odd random hatred towards Razor. br>br>You can turn off or adjust the mic monitor (the feedback from the mic to your headset so you can hear yourself). It only takes two clicks in the headset's software. Seriously, give it a shot. br>br>You can synchronize the RGB lights with the rest of the razor, set it to a static color, or turn it off completely. It isn't made of low-cost plastic. br>br> The frame is made of metal and has a substantial weight to it; the ear cups are not made of fabric. I've been on 20-hour days for 6 months. A week's worth of use is 30 hours. Looks like it was just bought. br>br>Mic does not break off; instead, you mute it by pinching it. Stop acting like a fool. br>br>Also, the mic is of excellent quality. Adjust the brightness and contrast in Windows. If you have a mechanical keyboard and don't want sounds from it to register, go to mic sensitivity and adjust the levels. The wires are braided. br>br> What exactly are you doing by ripping these wires? br>br>Software is functional and does what it's supposed to do; it's also frequently updated. br>br>In addition, the software keeps warranty information on file for your account, which is fantastic. br>br>In a nutshell: If you're having trouble with these headphones, it's most likely a problem with your keyboard or chair. br>br>For the price, they're excellent gaming headphones. On the weekends, I am the Dungeon Master for two different online Dungeons and Dragons groups. On Monday, after much reading and wringing of hands, I finally ordered this Razer headset. It arrived in the mail on Tuesday evening. I felt rather stupid, to be honest. Because it has the same Plug, I should have just bought it without hesitation. User-friendly game My Razer Naga mouse (given to me as a gift in 2011) has the same friendly "This Just Works" ability. Because these are so large, you can wear them with your earrings on and still be very comfortable. The microphone, however, is a problem. The mic, oh my goodness. You can mute your voice by pressing a button on the mic boom's end, which is indicated by a red LED. It's the most brilliant, useful, and "why didn't I realize how much I needed this" feature I've seen on a piece of technology in a long time, but it's not all. The retractable boom is one of my favorite features. Retractable, to be precise. It slides into the base of the left ear cup easily (but not without a measurable amount of tension to let me know it's not going to be loosey goosey). It's incredible! This mic makes it far too easy for me to turn off the mic and eat a snack while my players RP their way out of a fight with a banshee. If you play computer games or want a comfortable headset to watch Netflix shows with, this is the headset for you. You can't go wrong with 5. 1 Surround Sound. I give this product my "Can this just be working already?" rating because there is only one USB connection to make and Razer's software configuration for the extra bells and whistles. ) This review is for the Chroma V2 USB, which I used with my PS4 (which I've had for 6 months). Yes, it's designed for PC, so the 7. 1 is not compatible with the PlayStation 4. That doesn't bother me in the least. Before getting this one that used the 3, I got the regular one that was for consoles. The PS4 controller was supposed to be plugged into a 5mm jack. If you're like me and value sound quality and can pick up on minor hisses or distortions, you'll know that the PS4 Controller has one of the worst DACs ever. Because the port does not output high-quality audio, any headset you plug into it will not sound as good as it should. So I sent those back and replaced them with these, which are far superior. First and foremost, this is the first headset I've ever received with audio monitoring (i. e. , you can hear yourself speak). The first time I used it, I thought to myself, "Man, you're this stupid and distracting. " But it grew on me over time, and I discovered that it's true purpose is to keep you from yelling into the microphone when you're too excited in game. It's a very useful feature, for example, when playing late at night. Because of this feature, I'm not sure I'll ever consider a headset without mic monitoring. br>br>Yes, the number seven. 1 isn't compatible with PS4 because this headset is USB-only, but who cares? Even in stereo, it sounds fantastic. It took me a while to adjust to the bass because it has a very powerful bass that you notice right away, but once you do, you won't want to go back. Explosions and other bassy sounds are very immersive, and aside from the bass, everything else is very clear; the bass does not overpower the sound, and you can still hear things like footsteps clearly. Despite the fact that it is stereo, you can pinpoint the source of each noise, and it sounds fantastic overall. The mic is very crisp and sharp, and it does a good job of blocking out background noise, but it doesn't completely eliminate it. You'll be able to hear it on the mic pretty low if someone is watching TV or listening to music very loudly, but your voice sounds very natural. I've seen YouTubers complain about the mic saying it's not crisp and sharp enough. However, this is a gaming headset for the average person or gaming enthusiast, and it sounds incredible to me when compared to my old Astro A40tr. RGBs are also a nice feature because they slowly cycle through the colors. They're also very comfortable, and they won't hurt your ears if you wear them for long periods of time. It's fantastic because the leather is so fluffy and cushiony. It's my first time using a Razer Headset. Razer has taken me off the Astro, and I can assure you it will not be my last. HyperX is a type of train.

ALL OF THE OPTIONS ARE NOT THREE. AUDIO OF 5 MM. USB ONLY. The Xbox One version of the game is compatible with it. When you get it, you'll notice that the book is well-written. PlayStation 4 for PC and Mac. br>There is no audio jack on any of the options. Also, USB to audio adapters are ineffective. br>There isn't a single Xbox. I mean, what's the point of my weekend?.
