Are you able to pair it with your PS3? You can double check by going to settings/controller and adding your controllers and devices. You'll find a list of all the devices and controllers that are paired to that PS3.
Among the many features that a new PS3 would include, mine came with virtually everything. You will also receive instructions, one controller, and all cables. The fact that these units are refurbished rather than "new" probably has something to do with who is packing
A seller can only advertise it if it is listed. That was not the case with mine. If the PS3 is refurbished and comes in a different color, it may come with a demo or a bundle.
PlayStation 2 games will not work on it.

As another reviewer noted, there are no samples to evaluate. The review for this product is disgusting, dirty, stinky, and I have no idea what to say. Here you can see that the seller failed to use the proper packaging nor did he bother to even clean off the visible dirt. Though I highly doubt it considering the dirt compacted into all outlets, I have no idea whether it actually works. Furthermore, there is an unimaginable odor attached to the plants. Although Amazon has been quite helpful when it comes to my return request, I haven't even received any response from the seller at the time of writing this review!.
I liked it, but it was not worth 199 dollars for it to have come so dusty. I guess it was from a stack-up place, so don't bother buying it from this owner because he sends used stuff instead of new. OK ladies and gentlemen. Just to alert people to the fact that it's not worth paying that amount of money and getting a trashed ps3 system with dust and dirt on it and scratches on it. I had to clean it myself and now it's better than it was when I got it. I don't think it's worth it. This is not clickbait, it is the real deal.

Multiple attempts at fixing this resulted in the same results. I saw that this PS3 was broken when I received it, so it was not "new". If this was tested before it left the renewing facility, I wonder how well it worked. Although I do not have one in my main system, I got one just in case I needed to play an old game. I've never felt the need or desire to play the PS3 until now because I play PC and PS4 games. This would have been better if I had plugged in the cord.
The term "renewed" can sometimes bring negative connotations, but I found it refreshing from the start. In addition to the PS3 being packaged like a new product (except for a plain brown box without any logos), all accessories and the console look completely new. I don't see a single glitch while playing! Seller was excellent. I would use her.
Out of the box, the PlayStation was overheating. Since the cooling fan wasn't cycling, the console was prone to freezing and shutting down. As I contacted the seller, he advised me to be sure that there was "plenty of space around the console". After opening the console, I discovered that it was gross and The fan was so caked with dust that it was rendered inoperative. The issue was resolved with some simple cleaning and maintenance, but at the price the console is offered, one would hope that the seller would do enough to ensure that their product is fully functional prior to shipping.
