The games I was trying to play did not have discs. Is that where they are?

Due to the fact that you purchased it used, you may have to speak directly with the seller. Since I bought my from a new store, the disks were now with it, intact and unopened. I apologize for your problems. The one I have has been in my possession for over a year and is very satisfactory to me. Although we are not serious gamers, we also do not play professionally.
