The answer is no, unfortunately. Only the system itself is included with this system, along with the power cable and RCA cables. There is a separate charge for PS2 Memory Cards. Two 128 Mb disks are available for $10 each.
You can only do that on PlayStation systems if it says that there is a compatibility issue. When I was a kid, I had a PlayStation 2. I lost my CD somewhere along the way, so I decided to buy a new one. Adding insult to injury, the console has scratches all over it. In addition, the power outlet in the back has severed from the wall and is damaged. Don't trust RockSteady, stay away from them Customer service appears to be treated as an afterthought by them. Having said that, if you can find a seller who sells a great PS2 console, don't hesitate to buy it. So, I suppose I'll play GTA III on it until I find one for myself until my brother finds one on eBay in pristine condition. The console is awesome. I also agree. There were advertisements stating that the console was in "good condition" and that it could be played. It turns out mine is full of 15 years worth of dust and it doesn't read games, it just Games, however, can not be read by it. I'm a little disappointed. In addition, either the memory card I received with the console does not work or the first slot for the memory card is not working. I find it to be a big bummer as well. The term "good condition" seems to have no meaning.
Maxwell books and electronics is where I bought the book. There is no controller or cords included with the item, and they reply with an attitude when I messaged them. Although I was angry before I inquired about the shoddy product I received, that was nothing to the frustration brought on by their lack of consideration for my needs.
It's true these are used consoles, but mine was just unpacked filled with grime and never cleaned besides the filth. Playstation has problems with its controls and the playstation is making an annoying clicking sound when its on. The controller does not work, and there are rattling sounds coming from inside the console. I've never purchased anything on Amazon that has disappointed me as much as this item.
For my son's Christmas present, I got him this. Including the controller and all the cords, it came with everything you need. At Christmas, when my son opened the box and tried to play with it, we found that the player two port was not functioning. We worked with Gameswift to get the problem resolved and they were amazing. My family and I were so excited that they were patient and understanding, and quickly responded, and took care of the problem The next time we shop, we'll definitely go through them. Sadly, mine did not work as it was a faulty disk drive, and not the seller's fault. It has been 16 years since these things were made. The expectation is for them to do so. The problem is not too difficult to solve if you have the right tools and time. Besides, there is the money as well! It has so far been a great experience! The book is now easy to read, fun to play, and remembers so many good The package contained a controller, a memory card, a power cord, and a video cable. It came with Gran Turismo 4 too! I am happy!.
However, my TV did not always receive the AV signal and I ordered TENINYU component cables to use with a RetroTINK 2X, so I was not going to use the cable included but I wanted to make sure the seller advertised accurately. I was unable to use the Triangle, Circle, and the entire DPad when using the controller. While I did not test the four L and R buttons, I'm not certain they were used in the games I tested. So I just switched to a new PS2 controller and penned an email asking for help. I then dug out an old PSOne controller and started playing without problem, so it's not the controller port. Although the console itself works well, the disk drive uses a lot of mechanical power and that was a problem, but that's just the nature of really old mechanical hardware. Although the PS2 also came with an Ethernet/Jack HDD box, that was a nice touch! If there is a private Final Fantasy XI server, I'll have to see if I can use it as soon as Overall, I know my expectations were in check when I ordered this, and I am very happy with the purchase I made. Since my issues with the controller and the AV cable aren't that serious, I will not return the entire console. There is a replacement for those.
This was a game I played a long time ago. As of now it seems to work just fine, however there is no memory card so I haven't been able to play it extensively yet, since I thought it was missing parts. It is in pretty good condition, however, and looks like it is in good working condition. The picture and description under "Product Description" led me to believe that it would come with a memory card and random game, so I purchased it. My initial contact with the seller was positive and they agreed to accept a return and refund me, which was great, however they stated that the "true" description of items included was not in the Product Description, but under the conditions it stated as used. As a result, I cannot use a memory card. It is for this reason that a 3 Star rating was given. It was a good product, but the customer service was lacking. The latter is less common. Instead of having to wait another week to download my game, I wish they would simply show in the photos and text that the console does not come with a memory card. I would have ordered one along with the console. It's not a big deal, but it's a disappointing result.
