Yes, it securely holds my PlayStation controller; however, when I received it in the mail, I had to use glue to reassemble it.
I bought this for my brother for Christmas, so I haven't seen it in person, but I assume it would weigh less if the arms were too far apart. If the arms were too far apart, you could probably put a sliver of cardboard on the hands to bridge the gap, and it would probably hold an inch thick stack of cards.
I'm not sure if two paddles could fit in between and the other paddles could go to the outside hands because I sent the gift, but I do own an elite controller. Remove the paddles and toss all four under his legs if they don't fit.

So I got this for my brother's birthday, and the cable guy's head was stuck inside the box. He adores the cord and considers it to be the best gift ever, but since he can superglue it back, returning it seems like a hassle.
The base is nicely weighted, so there's no risk of it tipping over.
The shoes were scuffed when they arrived. This item is extremely light, and when plugged in, it topples over when a PS4 controller is used. It'll keep it unplugged for a while. Mine had a lot of scuffs and scratches on it when it arrived. I'm keeping it because I like it and I'm too lazy to try to replace it with a model that isn't scuffed.
I bought this for my brother's birthday and was disappointed with how the box was damaged, which appears to have occurred prior to packaging because the outside box was in perfect condition. I just think they should be cautious because they never know if the items are for someone else, and the worst thing is to give someone a damaged present. Aside from that, it appears that the item itself is acceptable; however, I will know more when I give it as a gift.
The ideal present for a controller-wielding Fallout fan. I got this for Christmas and it's by far my favorite novelty collectors item; I use one of my old androids as a digital clock with the pip boy operating system, and it looks like a cool little fallout clock when it's running. In the last photo, I used a US quarter to demonstrate the size difference.
It looks great and is well-made. Within the figure, there is no room for the charger wire. It's more of a controller holder figure than anything else. It is, however, cool and makes a nice decoration piece.
When holding the PS4 remote, it holds up well. However, if it loses balance for any reason, such as if you accidentally tap it with something, the entire structure collapses.
This is fantastic! I wish they would make controller holders out of some of the Fallout plushies. This holder is well made and has warm colors; it could be a little heavier, but it is certainly sturdy enough to hold the Xbox controller without worry.
