does work, but there is no software for it on Logitech's website. Before you can use your mouse on Linux, you need to set it up there.
I like this very much and it is very light
Based on the downloadable software, I found 400 dpi to be the lowest I could set the mouse to.

When moving the pointer, it never misses, but when scrolling with the wheel, it does pause and glitch. In the past, I never experienced this issue with the Logitech G5. There's no big deal to it and you only notice it when you scroll down a webpage. As far as online gaming goes, I haven't noticed any issues. A few days ago, I ran the old G5 to check whether it did this on this system. No problem, so it's the G402 that's the problem. Update *BR>*BR> It got a 1 out of 3, especially since I dropped it from 3 to 1 star on 6/23/20. It is getting more difficult to move the mouse wheel. Using a web browser just to surf is not a mission critical operation. You should not use this mouse if you game. Now that I am sharing the G5 between two machines, I removed this driver from my PC. It's disappointing from a company like Logitech to have such poor quality control. The article was updated on 10/25/20. It is no longer valid. Whenever you press the left button, you get a random double click. However, it still has some other problems, so it may be time to replace it. Previously I have never had a mouse die so fast. I don't play online as much as I did before, and I stopped 5 months ago mainly because this mouse was killing my players because it isn't functioning correctly. There is no way I can get lower than one I'm sorry to hear that. We do not recommend that this mouse be sold. Please accept my sincere goodbyes to Logitech.
I bought this based on recommendations from my friends, and I am very pleased with it. I switched from my old mouse to this one because the sensor feels very smooth. I used it to play video games, and it tracked my fast flicks perfectly. The only problem I have is that I sometimes accidentally press the DPI buttons, which can cause They are in an unfamiliar position to me, so I hope I can get used to it.
I was not able to install the G Hub software on my HP laptop running Windows 7. It seems to be the same software Logitech offers on its support website. I tried it several I downloaded LGS Logitech Gaming Software 8, and installed it. I did x and I finished it, but it did not work. Make sure you have a shortcut to LCore on your desktop. The executable file. You can change the properties of a right click by selecting it. To run this program as an administrator, click Compatibility and then click the box Run as Administrator. You may apply. *Unfortunately, the program still won't run automatically when you click on the Start button. Do not double-click LCore until StartUp is complete. You should now have a shortcut on your desktop for the exe file. After a very long birthing period, no harm done to the mouse 1) I created a DOS batch file reminder to run at startup.
Was expecting a lot from the G402, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. If there is no ghub, the project is trash. Ghub does not install, but despite that there are numerous complaints about it uninstalling itself or getting destroyed by Microsoft Windows 10. That's so weird- I would like to draw your attention to the mouse, Logitech. It will be thrown in the garbage. Unfortunately, I don't have time to play around with regedit. Am going to return it and see if I can get it returned. I am trying a new gaming mouse, and will report back.
I am a lousy boss and I am a big jerk - It is poorly ergonomic - There are no left or right buttons (there is only one at the far end of the switch so I have to grip it awkwardly)
- Controls that look flawed and include a flaky wheel/button (cheap construction)* - My lesson learned
Having used computers since the early 80s, I know that this is undoubtedly the worst mouse I have ever used. As much as I loved the Logitech G9 (especially the MX518), how much have you seen the G9 in recent weeks? I'm assuming you are able to locate In the meantime, I'm using a generic gaming mouse that is significantly more appreciated than what Logitech offers. How did Logitech get into this mess? You've been hurt by someone, haven't A UPDATE
A current release of the MX518 is now being used and the performance is satisfactory. Even though it's not as good as the original MX518 (new one clearly 'cost reduced' as stated by.
It feels really good to hold it. It's exactly right to talk about friction. A good design is essential. far, it has lasted a long time. The mouse you have there is great.
It's my first Logitech mouse after using multiple Corsair mice and having 2 of them break without my fault and being refused warranty service, and that means I am no longer buying Corsair products, a bit sad since I really liked their stuff but I can no longer support them. My problem was that I did not know what mouse to get as I don't like the feel of razer mice and I didn't want to buy an expensive mouse from a small shop - Logitech is a style company that I was recommended by a friend, but I have never gotten to try their products. The mouse I purchased after doing some research turned out to be the best purchase I have ever made! In my opinion, this is the best mouse around, it's very ergonomic, incredibly comfortable to hold, it slides effortlessly, the click are crisp and satisfying and the software is simple and easy to use. A friendly attitude The best part about it is that it hasn't broken yet. It's been about 7 months or so now and so far I've used it longer than my last two mice and I'm glad to report success. My next order from Logi will certainly be more Logi stuff!.
It's great to feel this way It is a very nice piece of technology, Hero sensor.
