Questions & Answers

When the headphones are connected to a PC, why do they automatically shut off after 10 minutes?

There is a feature built into the headset I am not sure why they added that. If you go to SONY's website and look at the FAQ, you will find a terrible solution to this issue in which they want you to blow into your mic every few minutes.

What is the compatibility between this headset and the Xbox 360 & Xbox One? Trying to find a headset that can work on both devices. ?

The "Turtle Beach" website says the kit is compatible with the Xbox One. It works fine when it comes to audio but does not work with chat. There is a requirement for the adapter that goes with the XB1 controller, but even after using it and updating the controller, it In the end, they never even mailed my "free" adapter after mailing all the documents and did not respond to my follow-up inquiries. Respond to emails once they are received. Exceptional headphones for surround audio, but if you also need chat, I would recommend buying something specifically designed for the Xbox One. The XBOX 360 is out of my realm of expertise. It might help if you read this.

When it arrived, had the packaging already been opened?

I'm sure you've never seen anything like it. There is a sealed box within which the packages are kept.

What are the possibilities for listening to music on the mobile phone via Bluetooth?

Stereo music can be streamed via Bluetooth wireless technology in the XP510 if you use the A2DP profile.

As an owner of turtle beaches X11 and X41, I have spent most of my time on the I have found that the sound quality gets worse with each new pair I buy
3/5

The amount I pay is If you're going to spend $300 on a gaming headset, it should be good. When I purchased the X11, that was the only time it was delivered to me. The pros are Among other things, Amazon delivered them in two days (as usual, Amazon is super awesome! It's so boring to listen to bass! The bass on my headset isn't even close to being decent. the batteries hold a charge for quite a long time this is because sound quality was sacrificed at the expense of low frequency. At Best Buy, I performed tests with a display pair and had a friend test his XP510. He didn't have any bass in the new pair, so he pulled out a new pair, but I still had the problem. There is no excuse for bad bass. It loses the ability to communicate with the transmitter after a while, so it needs to be paired every so often. I will end with wireless interference, but it is not the least important. There was no point in paying this much for the headset to sound occasionally like static from an FM radio. As far as I know, this issue does not follow from the X41 to the XP510, this is I bought one product from Turtle Beach back in the day that I felt was worth the price and quality control put into it the X11. Quality control and customer satisfaction have been pushed aside as Turtle Beach concentrates more on marketing. Turtle beach is a complete waste of time and money.

There is a small lull in activity, and I am rudely interrupted by demonic women in my ear cheerfully turning off the headset on me
3/5

My previous experience with the XP400 model of this product has been very good. I bought this product for use with a PC. The product will be purchased again by me. In spite of its many advantages, there are some design flaws with the XP510. I find the charging to be the most disappointing one. The headset would turn on every time I plugged it into a charger, and play the Windows That really freaked me out the first night I owned these until I realized what they were doing. They cannot be turned off as long as they are plugged in. I have no clue what is going on To be sure, this is a strange feature. It was, however, niggling at me that accursed women's voice would gleefully tell me "GoodBye! " when downing the volume of the music and movie to focus but still be audible. You turned off on me, and I turned off on you. In Skype chats, whenever there was a pause, the hell spawn woman's voice would say, "Good Bye!" I used to love that voice it was so sadistic and gleeful. Due to the fact that there was no mic or audio connection, Skype would hang up. As a result, I would have to apologize to my friends and try to recover from the fact that I hung up on them intentionally because they bore me so much. A better method was used by the XP 400 in order to know when the headset was not in use and to turn it off when appropriate. Is that the head set talking to me? What's going on with it? There was nothing I liked about this feature. On the plus side of things, these sounded great, had about the same range as the XP 400 and were a bit lighter, so they were comfortable to wear for a long period of time.

In the meantime, it's all good
3/5

There are a few things I expected to find in them. First and foremost, I expected to hear some Amazing Audio, considering the convoluted design. I also expected the package to be complete. It was a pretty disappointing experience for me on both counts. If you are getting these devices, they do not come with a Bluetooth adapter for PCs. It would be nice if they would include it in there, but it is not in there and you cannot use the microphone on the How a dual-language system can benefit you The Internet of Things Currently, there is only one headset (only one on the market) that is capable of supporting It is impossible for me to understand a mic operating in that bandwidth. It is deceptively good looking, and the build quality is good too. Others lament that its not all metal, but if you ask me I would love a metal-framed headset, but I think this one is still nice and solid looking, and its about $100 cheaper than a headset that is all metal. It looks really good how the whole stand/router looks with the headset fitted to the design of it. As you would expect from a premium headset, this looks great. Despite the lack of a WiFi hotspot, the wireless connection There is a lot of distortion in my room. With a 30" main screen and X2 display, I can play most games on my PC A pair of 24" monitors flanks the screen. In my home theater 7, I have the latest technology. Besides the stereo system, I have a 180 gallon planted fish tank with about 1,000 watts of light behind me as well. The wireless signal in my room is not competing with any other wireless signal. As soon as I leave my room, I hear clicks and make blips, but inside my room I'm free to move around, do laundry, and have little trouble. Lastly, I will tell you how disappointing this is. Unfortunately, I am not able to make these sound as good as my $30 headphones at this time. Simply put, the sound is These speakers are generally small-sounding with bass that is simply too low in the bottom 200 Hz. Compared to my free ear buds I received on the flight back from China five years ago, these sound more like the ones I own now. The headphones have some slight hum or his that is probably due to the fact that they are wireless. I would be able to get over this hum or his if they sounded like $190 dollar headphones when listening to music. A good friend of mine just bought the Corsair wireless headset for less than half the cost of these, so I'm going to try them and see how they compare, if they are better, I'll return my current headphones. The Bluetooth dongle has been mailed to me I will test it next week after I receive it. I haven't yet tested the mic functionality. There were also some anomalies with the way this played back When I tried to hear my friends on steam chat, I was unable to hear music. However, when I changed output devices, I was able to hear them fine. In other words I wanted these things for a long time and now I have them, and I'm really.

Produced at a low cost
3/5

3 sets of Turtle Beach headphones are in our household and are used by three different family members. We have 2 of these (Ear Force XP510) and 1 Ear Force PX22. There is a common issue with all of these cars because they were all purchased within the same year A typical piece of plastic will break after regular use and is cheap. On both sides of the adjustable band, where it is most likely to rub, there is a high risk of irritation. After a while, the plastic is too brittle and thin to take the strain of bending (when you take it on and off) and snaps or suffers a stress fracture that eventually leads to a complete breakage. There have been reviews for older headsets that indicate the plastic breaks at the same point like a lot of other people have. Depending on where exactly the break is, superglue and electrical tape could occasionally fix it, but then the fix would be difficult to adjust. A limitation of it is that it automatically shuts off after a certain number of hours. As far as I have seen, the only way to fix this is to leave it plugged into the computer (to charge) and that will keep it from shutting off. Shortly, this headset may last you a while and appear fine while it's in working order, but expect it to break at the same places I've listed. I would be prepared to tolerate the auto shut off that way if not for that. Now, I am looking into getting a more durable version.
