For a variety of reasons, this microphone is ideal for use with Dolphin:
- It works flawlessly with both Dolphin and Windows 10br>- A Zadig driver can be used in place of the Windows driver for this microphone. br> Investing in a new microphone ensures that the periferal is clean and functional. br> Unlike the Logitech mic, the cable does not have a large box in the middle.
This microphone is said to work with a variety of consoles, including the PlayStation 2 (despite the PS2's lack of a USB port and no way to connect). I bought it for the PS3, but it only works with Rock Band and does not work with Guitar Hero. The quality is also questionable, and I find the singing results to be far inferior to those of an official controller. It's not even close to being worth it. Amazon "recommends" this microphone based on search results, but I doubt they tested it, and they let a product with a clear fraud in its description sell. (This game is not compatible with the PlayStation 2) br>br>I wouldn't recommend it; you can get a used rockband/guitar hero microphone on ebay for ten dollars.
With tested apps, this is probably fine. This review only applies to Rocksmith for Xbox One; it does not apply to other games. br>Bought to play with Xbox One Rocksmith because my acoustic guitar isn't equipped with any electronics. Even when placed directly in front of the strings, the mic is insufficiently sensitive to pick up the guitar. I can get it to work if I put it *inside* the guitar, but not exactly. I can go through a few lessons, but bending the strings, chords, and other things don't seem to register, and there doesn't appear to be any way to adjust it. Unfortunately, Rocksmith does not have a solution.
I had these microphones for about a month before they stopped working properly after regular use of once a week for a few hours on the Nintendo Switch. The cable assembly is extremely flimsy, and it could easily come loose from the shoddy soldering on the inside. There's no way to repair the microphones because they can't be opened. These are utter nonsense. br>br> I'm going to buy something else instead.
It converts your Switch into a karaoke machine, and it only works with two USB ports when the Switch is docked. Simply plug it in and turn it on.
These are fantastic! I purchased two for my Wii. My daughter and her friends have been singing for a long time, and the USB interface works with my computer as well! They also don't require batteries, and the cord length is adequate for most applications; however, an extender can be purchased for additional length.
The baffle inside, like all rock band microphones, can stick and require a quick smack to work properly, but I have never found a USB Mic for less than $50. This was not the case with the 00. Excellent value for money.
It's compatible with both my PS3 and PS4 consoles.
