As the name implies, the 2DS is the same thing as the 3DS, but without the 3D abilities. The system is capable of playing all DS and 3DS games as long as they are not Imagine using the New 3DS (yes, that is its actual name) in place of the original 3DS. In addition, it has a slightly better performance, and then you need more power to play video games with the New 3DS label on the box.

EDIT Don't forget it. My original and replacement both worked fine. I ended up paying for the other one and giving it to a family member who was just as happy with it. Thanks to Amazon for helping me resolve this unexpected problem.

The price is good and the quality is good! It was in perfect condition when it arrived! The device is working and looks brand A longtime Nintendo DS fan, I wanted to add another one to our household so we could get our guests into that world as well

Since it was cheaper than the others, I bought this one. Wow is all I can say about it. As of now, I actually enjoy holding this one in my hands more than any of the other members of the DS family. My old blue doll sits on my coffee table named "Ol Blue. ". It's a shame that they didn't keep this form factor for the "New 2DS" since I would love to play Smash on it.

I got it on time the next day and at an unbeatable price. A portable game console was in my wish list, but I could not afford a N Switch. I have no problems with it, and the screen had just a few minor scratches, but it's still very good. It is satisfactory to me.
