The item should be returned. We did not use it very much and it lasted just a month. Observing the reviews, it would seem that this product is not of high quality.

I was unable to get my version to work as well. The charger is so cheap and does not look/feel like the real DSI charger.

I've drawn a picture of a charger with a different end from the one I use for my DSS. The charger looks like a DSS charger, but how do you know?

In the case of my son, this did not work. This would not work.

My initial reaction was that it looked odd, but once it was hooked up I was glad I made the effort. There was nothing to report. The charger and cable were manipulated to see if different angles or anything could make a difference, but nothing changed, and I was unable to charge the device. As I walked back to the room, I plugged it in for a few hours just to be sure, but when I returned, I found I don't know. The only option for me was to return it, so I went on Amazon to search for it to exchange. There was only one item in the packaging the parcel it shipped in, another bag inside which the charger was, and the charger itself. It's no good having a "Lifetime Warranty" if you can't return the product when it breaks down, or if you aren't sure how to exchange it because you don't know the exchange procedure? I learned nothing new and spent an inordinate amount of.

This charger has been tested on 3 different Nintendo Ds, including a 3ds xl (1st gen the new gen 3ds xl came out 3/13/15) and a day cl. All of the systems had the same result. As soon as the devices were plugged in, they showed the charging sign, but the batteries were almost empty! My recommendation for this product would be not to buy it.

Since I needed a DSi charger quickly and the 3DS uses the same charger, I purchased the DSi charger for it. The product isn't quite as good as Nintendo's DSi/3DS charger, but it does its job well enough, although it fails to meet a few expectations. It takes only a few minutes to charge the charger. There is a huge difference between the original charger and this one. It also takes much longer for this charger to charge my 3DS than it does for Two times as long as before. In spite of these faults, if you don't use your 3DS often, then this charger is a good buy. IMO, it's worth the price, but if you're looking for more quality and have a few extra dollars to spend, I'd recommend buying.

You should avoid this place. The service is free of charge. The device has been plugged in for two hours and is not working. There is no reason for the seller to be able to sell this item with so many negative In order to receive a refund, we have to package it up and return it. It's time to find a real DS charger. I'm going to a store to get one. It is one of the worst products we have ever had. You may save yourself aggravation by doing this. Do not interact with him.

Charger purchased to replace the 3ds charger that came with it. There was a chewing incident with the new puppy. There is one minor difference, but it works practically in every way. In comparison to the cord, it is about half the length. There's a Nintendo unit that is 6 feet high and a small one that's about 3 feet high. The height of the room is five I have only used the charger for a few weeks but it seems to work reasonably well.
If the shorter cord is not an issue, then this charger is worth the low price.
