The source's ventilator makes a noise

Good performance, but I had to return it because the ventilator made a feo ruid noise (seems like the majority of generic xbox 360 power supplies do this due to poor material quality), so I ended up buying a certified power converter (which doesn't make any noise and, while larger, gives me more security) because my original xbox power supply only works with 220 volts. As you may know, the voltage that arrives is 110 volts. The noise is not unbearable, even though it was quite loud in my case. In my opinion, there is another source that is not ruidosa, according to the comments.
