Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use 2 of these at once on the SNES classic or is it an interference problem?

It is possible to use two simultaneously because they will not interfere This may be of some use to you.

It will have a back button on the SNES for return to the main menu?

does not have a dedicated home button, but it does allow you to return to the home screen by pressing DOWN + SELECT.

The nes class is supported by this method?

The NES classic version of this workbook works great. NES classics can also be reset with down + select! Several hours ago, I was in awe of it when I tried it. As if you plugged in a WII Classic controller or an SNES Classic controller, the button layout is the same.

Do you know whether the receiver has a sync button?

Neither the receiver nor the transmitter have buttons. By pushing the start button on the controller, you can pair the two devices.

The mod instructions are as follows There is an internal wireless network for the USA SNES! The controllers work well even at 15 feet from my TV and they are easily accessible
5/5

Two of them are in my possession. The SNES Classic (USA) can easily be modified to have the wireless adapters inside the SNES instead of on the outside. If you look at the picture I posted, you can see I put them inside. Below is how you do it. Even someone not familiar with electronics could easily The steps are 1) Remove the four screws from each 8bitdo wireless adapter, and open and remove the internals (you will require a torque screwdriver). 1) Remove the 4 rubber feet/pads from the bottom of your 3) Remove the 4 screws 4) Remove the two screws that are on the front of SNES Classic and then pull up on the plastic part that connects to the controller sockets. 5) Connect the wireless adapter internals to Wrap the wireless adapter chip in electrical tape. Place one of the adapters on the front portion of the SNES Classic, and the other on the left side of the heat sink (as shown in my picture) tape them in place so they don't rattle (as shown in my **8) Put the plastic part with the socket holes on the front with After all the screws have been tightened on the SNES Classic, replace the rubber feet. 10) Optional Attach the front cover to the 2 controller socket holes on the front in such a way that the front cover will not open. You can plug in your controllers on a SNES to make it work the same way as when you plug them into a plug.

The controller works well with the SNES Classic
5/5

It is affordable and responsive. SN30 just arrived today for which I had preordered. The SNES Classic has finally reached the point it was waiting for I like this wireless controller because it feels just right, as well as being similar in I was able to get it set up simply by plugging in the receiver and pressing start on the controller. The pairing process does not require fiddly steps. I tested the controls on Super Metroid and found that they were responsive without any In spite of 8bitdo's promise of 25 hours of battery life, even if it only lasts half as long, it's much better than fancy wireless controllers with HD rumble, speakers, or LEDs integrated. Whenever you press Down + Select on the SNES, you will be taken to the home menu, which is great if you haven't hacked it. Unlike other games, this is simple and easy to play and works with Thank you! I am glad you like it! If I encounter problems with the connection or the reliability of the service, I will update this review.

The one you are looking for, the perfect companion to your classic SNES game
5/5

I think this is a fantastic addition to the original SNES classic controller. In what seems to be par for the course, 8bitdo hit the ball out of the park and created what is a perfect upgrade to Needless to say, we had to wait for the report. It is my pleasure to preside I placed my order back in June 2017 and they released it in December 2017. My purchase of two of these was for the USA version of the SNES classic - one in each color, they're both working, so the only difference between them is the color. You can choose the color scheme for your website. The controllers did not lag at all at a distance of about 20 feet, not one, not two, not three, not four. The benchmark games I used were Super Mario World and Super Punch Out as both are very twitchy and would show some input lag if input lag was an issue with the controllers. The tactile feel of the buttons is excellent, not at all stiff to start with, very pleasing to the touch and very satisfying to use. Shape and size are virtually the same as the old SNES controllers, the only visual differences I could find were a cosmetic panel on the front of the controller, and a flat back area. There was a slight contour on the back of the original SNES controller this difference is barely noticeable, but deserves mention as a purist's point of interest. In terms of weight, the controller is a bit heavier than the original SNES controller, but after having used a heavy XBox controller for 20+ years, I actually wish the 8bitdo controller was just a little bit heavier, but others may not agree. I have no complaints about the quality, but there are a few complaints about the service, 2 and 3. Aside from the 4ghz dongle, the cable included in the box and the controller itself, all of these items look like good quality items. The batteries take about thirty minutes to charge fully out of the box, and they automatically power off after a short period of inactivity. In order to save batteries, I would prefer to turn off the controller for a shorter amount of time, 5 to 10 minutes rather than the longer stated 15, but as it is, it has a 25 hour play time, so it should be sufficient. The pro's are I believe that the most important thing is to not experience input lag. The manufacturing sector must provide quality products. With around an hour of charge time and 25 hours of battery life, this device is plug and play. There are no installation components or settings to worry about. This is a quick and easy process. Pressing a tactile button is a very smooth and seamless experience. The following cons This could be a little heavier than the original SNES controllers. This is still heavier than the original NES controllers, however, so it is a It cost me about $25 each to buy two of them. The price of the SNES system nearly doubled with this upgrade. You still get a lot out of this. This is the controller you need in a nutshell. There is no need to worry about the price, it is worth upgrading your system with these controllers and it is MUCH better This one is worth getting.

I am very happy to have the convenience of being able to play from across the globe
5/5

Having the ability to play from across the room is incredibly convenient for me. It works well and has a good battery life. I disassembled the adapters and tucked them in to give the app a neater.

It is a good idea to get this controller for yourself
5/5

Take a look In fact, if the front of the controller didn't say 8bitdo, you would think it was a Nintendo On the 8bitdo, the only real difference is the angle of the start and select buttons (on the Windows 3. 2, they are horizontal) and the recession of the directional pad. Overall, I think this controller is just about perfect, even though I would not have changed a thing with it if I was using the Even though it does have some grit to it, you should expect some roughness with anything new, as use and wear will smooth out the This product is not overly plasticky or cheap-looking.

How to setup Taking it out of the box, plugging in the dongle and hitting start. It couldn't be simpler. Using a battery The controller has been running for several hours without a charge from the moment it was delivered. My phone has been charged for about 5 hours now, but I have yet to charge it. Two charges have been made to this controller since the last review, now that it is cannot recommend this controller highly enough, especially as an upgrade from the SNES classic controller. Having a ridiculously long HDMI cable, taking up too much room near the TV, or sitting too close to it were not viable options for my set-up. It's impossible to give this controller a perfect score, so I'll give it a A 9.
