I had some umd save data on the memory stick, but it became unreadable after I tried a fifth game (also an umd game). After closer inspection, I discovered there is no Sony logo on the stick, which causes the system to flag it as unrecognized. It was both a financial and a time squandering exercise.
The system indicates that the card is not MagicGate compatible after formatting in an original PSP, and that it is only 14 gigs instead of the listed 16. No games from a PS3 will transfer to the card, and the card will not even be recognized.
FOR THE PSP, SEE THE REVIEW. When used in a PSP 1000 series, it works flawlessly. If you're buying this for the PSP, keep in mind that it's not the SD card's fault that it won't save games. The solution is to completely fill the card, leaving no more than 1GB free. It will save without a hitch after that. This isn't a problem with the SD card; it's a problem with the PSP.

Despite the fact that it claims to, it does not work with Sony Handycams. When you insert the card, format it, press record, stop recording, switch modes, and so on, an error message appears.
