It's hard to find one like this in black
As far as I am aware, this console was released only as an NTSC model.
In all but exceptional cases, then no, unless the seller specified that you'd get the games.
This system did not come with any games when I bought it from him. The description would also include that, I am pretty sure.

A second time. Back in the day, I had a regular Dreamcast and I loved it, but I moved out and didn't have it any more The good news is that I now have another! still love it as much after all these years, it is still challenging and most (all) of the games have so many features you can play the same one for hours accomplishing things and you still can't beat them. *BR>I am most fond of this particular system because it allows for all (the majority of popular) games to have a storyline that takes a few hours to play through, then you can play that online forever until the next one comes along. I had two games on Dreamcast this year and although I played both before, it will still take me (at least) two months to beat both of them, and I can be beaten the story in hours (if you're hardcore). In the case of a system that is over 10 years old, I think a 40-inch TV is adequate I think you can get a lot of play time out of an 80 dollar investment, along with a few more bucks for some games, for a system that will last you for years. The letter P. This is a much better version than the original. The black one (this version) looks so much better. It's very modern in the way that it sits, so I strongly recommend it if you can get your hands on one.
I bought the used white Sega Dreamcast from Funcoland aka GameStop 25 years ago and it was better than that one. I would buy multiple Dreamcasts to modify the cases but none of them resembled this one. This was a great purchase and I would definitely consider buying another one from the seller.
Having unpacked the unit from an A/C storage unit and gotten the unit into my new apartment, I finally had a chance to use it. The only thing I see is the system menu when I plug it in. My computer tells me I need to insert a disk when I put it in. There seems to be a problem with all three games that I have tried. The unit I received may have been defective, or there may be something else that needs to be fixed. I would like to know what to do.
It has been a while since I had a Dreamcast. Then one day it took a dump on me. I played it on and off for about seven months. This is even the second time I have taken it apart and reassembled it. There was nothing to report. At the sight of the Dreamcast, at a price of just $65 I was a little concerned about its functionality. I was extremely pleased that the product not only worked well, but it came with a controller as well. it is the sports edition, both the cords and the black of the headphones are included. Thanks to my extras, I have more. I received the bundle in a timely manner, and I was pleased with the contents.

I take a shot in the dark on Amazon. This console was waiting for me, much to my surprise! The Sega Sports edition, which I had when I was younger, wasn't the only thing they had, it was also super cheap and came with free shipping for one day. Despite a few cosmetic scuffs on its surface, I am not worried about how it looks since it was more concerned with its functionality. You can tell from the photos how well it works by looking at them. In recent years, this impulse purchase has far surpassed any other in my collection.
I would first like to note that the shipping was very fast. Ordered it a few days later, and received it a few days later. I love that the console works so well. There is some indication that it is working. A few games need to be delivered before I can test it out. Currently I am waiting for a VMU to review the controller since I do not own one. I love the look of the console. A great old song, but definitely not a brand new one. It is an essential item for retro gamers.
The controller and system had lots of marks and scratches, so the condition was not as good as I had hoped. There is no way to remove the controller's mark from it. It helped to go back to the black gel (full bottle).
