It was a scratch mark on the screen that caused us to replace the screen on the another DS that we owned. We had a hard time seeing it. I was very satisfied with the product. If they could just replace the screen then you wouldn't have to do that, but cost-wise maybe that wouldn't be worthwhile. I have previously stated that there were scratches on the screen when reviewing this product. I called them back and they claimed that the screen protector was scratched. However, I was sure that the screen was fine, so I examined the screen more closely and realized that there were scratches in the plastic coating on the screen (which you have to peel off on new screens). There was nothing wrong with the actual screen. It was perfect. It's a pity that my review was so bad. The product is excellent and the seller is excellent.
