The model is wrong, the box is scratched, dirty, and nothing has been updated. Replaced the battery but did not install the new one.

This is the completely incorrect model, the features do not match what was Additionally, the quality did not meet the description. I received the item in poor condition even though it was described as like-new.

We are the worst sellers

I used it for a few days and noticed that the shell had a dent in it. It worked for a week, however, since then I have not been able to charge it. Contact has been attempted with the seller, Rock 30 Games, but no answer has been received. While I understand that it was refurbished, I had to live with the dent, but if you refurbish it, you ought to change the battery, as this is the major issue. If you do not want to be screwed out of your money, do NOT buy from this seller!.

I recommend that you do not purchase! Apparently Amazon should be ashamed for charging $290 for this Scratched SP, I thought I was getting more quality for an extra fee but I could have found a better one for As I write this, I am literally shocked. There are scratches all over the bumper buttons as well as the bottom.

It was not possible to charge the phone correctly due to the charger not working. When he took it apart, he discovered a loose part that needed to be soldered. Apart from that, it worked fine, but it was tough to tell the kid we had to take it back to Santa Claus. I am lucky enough to have a husband who knows what he is.

My particular system may have been ordered is in a good condition with only some minor marks, scratches, scuffs, etc. All in all, the condition appears to be average. Rather than a new system, this is a renewed one. It is therefore expected to show a bit of There are no signs of a problem on the screen. As of now, the battery seems to be functioning fine. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts.
