yes,
Nah, I'm not going to recommend it because it keeps disconnecting on my phone. Just get a legitimate controller for the price.

TLDR: Simply put, you should not purchase it. br>br>I have an iPhone 7 Plus with which this controller works flawlessly. br>br>However, it is advertised as working with Android, but I have not been able to get it to work in any way. I've tried dozens of times to pair it with my phone, and while it connects, the app refuses to recognize it or allow me to customize it. Despite the fact that it is connected, none of the buttons work. I have an Asus ROG phone 2 that is fantastic for gaming, and I wanted to upgrade it with a controller. br>br>I'm on the verge of requesting a refund and filing a false advertising claim. This device is completely incompatible with Android. br>br>UPDATE 4/22/2020br>It used to work fine with my iPhone, but it no longer does. br>It wasn't until I upgraded to iOS 13 on my iPhone that I noticed the difference. 1 that it completely stopped working, and I had no idea because I don't use their dreadful app very often. 1 was completely incompatible with the other. br>br>As a result, Ipega is now essentially a dust collector in a drawer. Purchase is not recommended. br>br>UPDATE 5/1/2020br>I flashed my Asus ROG Phone 2 and converted it completely to the WW version in the hopes of solving my controller issues. No, it didn't work that way. The controller finally connects now that my device has been flashed, and the Game Mapping app works to a limited extent. br>br>First and foremost, X- The input mode is supposed to make this work like any other standard Bluetooth controller, but EVERY game I tried that supports controllers only worked sporadically. br>br>In X-Men, for example, Call of Duty Mobile does not recognize the device (or that it is even connected) in input mode, so it isn't compatible with that game. br>br>Modern Combat Versus I have the ability to move around using the left stick - That is all there is to it. br>br>Terrarria, I can move around with the left stick, and I believe the D-pad can be used as well. Pad sort of works (well, maybe - Only the left stick is likely to be used - As a result, this controller is also incompatible with this game). Finally, there's the most serious disadvantage - The button mapping is simply ineffective. br>br>I put all of these games through their paces not only in the standard X-Box 360 environment, but also in a virtual reality environment. I button mapped configurations for them, as well as for other popular games (Black Desert Mobile, Shadowgun Series, Battle Prime, Warface, and so on). I discovered that you can only move one stick at a time in every FPS game, which meant I couldn't move my character around the map while also controlling the camera, and vice versa. In fact, most buttons will only allow you to press them one at a time. br>br>Taking COD Mobile as an example, if I mapped the controls, I wouldn't be able to look while moving, move while looking, shoot while moving, throw a grenade while moving, and so on. br>br>You can see the issue now. br>br>As for the rest of the non-alcoholic beverages, It's the same issue with FPS games - I can only press one button at a time. br>br>So please don't buy this garbage product.
In fact, any modern mobile video game will suffice. br>I'll admit that assigning the controls has a steep learning curve. I tried for a long time to follow the instructions and get this right. To the point where I had to use the app's options to delete ALL of the controller's presets in order to get things to work. Then I used the create new preset option to customize the buttons for each of the game apps I use (retro arch, ppsspp, and so on. )br>Once I did that, everything went smoothly from there. In terms of the physical button layout, I believe the right stick should have been swapped with the x,y,a,b buttons for a more comfortable experience. This would make holding the controller and playing retro games that do not require the right stick easier in the long run. Having the phone crawled in between the controller and the Blu tooth gives you a quick response. I have another controller that rests the phone on top of it, but it is extremely uncomfortable. This is a far superior version. br>br>Overall, a fantastic controller that I have no regrets purchasing.
I was about to give up after trying four different telescopic controllers from Ipega, Beboncool, and Saiteki, none of which could stretch far enough to hold my Galaxy Note 9 with the case on. I was about to give in and pay $99 for the Razer Junglecat when I came across this beauty. It can easily hold even the largest phones, has all of the necessary buttons for modern gaming (all of which are very responsive! ), and can go several days between charges with moderate use. The analog sticks are fantastic, and while the upper placement takes some getting used to, it is much more comfortable for my larger hands than the other controllers I tried (the other controllers I tried required a clawed grip to use). I'm not a big fan of the modular "half-way house" concept. The "controller" feature isn't necessary (I use it when streaming console games to my phone), but it's nice to have, and the insertion/removal of the right half is solid and satisfying. It also charges via USB type C (thank you, Ipega, for recognizing that no one likes micro usb in 2019)! To sum it up - This is an outstanding mobile controller that is well worth the money.
USB- C port, fits devices up to the size of an iPad classic, works well with Android (read the instructions, don't be lazy), and has a good d-cell battery. The pad has a great feel to it and it looks really cool. br>br>Cons: Several products feel cheap and hollow, but many people rely on them for hand comfort. For instance, the a/b and the y buttons often don't register when pressed on first press, the R2/L2 triggers can be difficult to use with middle fingers when leverage is severe, They don't appear to be low-cost, and they have far fewer drawbacks.
