The item was made in There was no display box included with this item. A plastic shipping bag was used to cram it in. China is where it came from. The label of the package is written in Chinese. It appears to be a new toy, although I'm not sure of its age. A vendor I would not recommend purchasing from.

I bought it for my daughter as a night light. There was no doubt in her mind that she I used it for four nights (even when I used the timer mode) but it died after that. A few nights later, the problem occurred again after we changed the batteries. As a result, I decided to return it because I thought it may have just been a defective A replacement did the exact same thing as the original. During the first few nights, it works well, and then it stops working. Batteries have to be replaced every three or four nights or else I will be without power. There are several brands of similar stuffed animal lights in our home that work well. Unless you have a stock of batteries and order in bulk, I would strongly advise against buying this brand.

This product is beautiful, but the batteries got dead after just a few weeks of use. I have noticed that it does have an automatic shut-off switch, which I like, but FYI it does draw a lot of power.

Despite spending a lot of money, it was wasted. Batteries run out so quickly on ours it seems like it is not charging properly. Our daughter uses it for one cycle (about 20 minutes) per night and they only last for about 5 nights before they have to be replaced. Our device has been in our possession for four weeks, and we've changed the batteries three Despite spending a lot of money, it was wasted. I'll have to look for another night light for her.

My daughter saw a commercial for this and had been begging for it for several weeks. We bought it for her. There was a two-inch hole in the neck of the first one where the stitching had pulled out of In about two months another hole has appeared in the side seam of the head the dog, so I stitched it up myself, not wanting to fight it, and now we wait to see if there will be another one. Using the device for an average amount of time consumes batteries, so you should replace them weekly. My daughter still enjoys it and loves her starbelly however, I would prefer that it was constructed with a stronger material for the money.
