It's meant to be used in a rational manner. It's not water-resistant and doesn't have a drain plug. If your daughter enjoys water play, Step2 has a variety of water tables to choose from.
Thank you for contacting me, Monika. Yes, it can support up to 25 pounds. Tenth Avenue is full of sand.br>
Yes, there were a few toys included.
It can easily hold about 25 pounds of sand. I'm not familiar with kinetic sand, but this sand table appears to be a bit large for indoor use.

This crab sand table is a big hit with my 16-month-old daughter! The crab design is adorable, and the cover keeps the sand dry and critter-free until the next sand session. It also included two small shovels and two small cups, which my daughter enjoys playing with.
I liked how this one was raised because it took care of that problem. My daughter can also stand at it, which I like. The rain was effectively kept out by the cover. It's just the right size for a Lowe's sand bag. Our backyard now has a wonderful outdoor play option.
It'll be perfect for a water table or a sand table! It was simple to assemble the legs. The table itself does not have any holes in it. With a proper screwdriver, the screws are sharp enough to pierce the plastic. That's what I did, and it worked like a charm! The included toys are a little flimsy, but we have plenty of sand/water toys to play with instead.
I bought it for my son as an Easter present, and he loves it. The included toys are the perfect size for small hands. During the hot summer days, I like that I can replace the sand with water. EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO PUT TOGETHER. br>br>EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO PUT TOGETHER. br>br>EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO PUT TOGETHER.
My daughter adores her sand table, which is the ideal size for our teeny-tiny backyard.
When I came across this one, I was looking for a water table for my 23-month-old toddler and couldn't seem to find one without a million parts or a cover that wasn't ridiculously expensive. I'm guessing it's a new item because there weren't many reviews at the time. My daughter absolutely adores the matching sandbox from Step2. Here are the aspects of this table that I like and dislike: br>br>Advantagesbr>- a cute design that goes with the sandboxbr>- a good, sturdy table at a reasonable pricebr>- The size is perfect for my toddler and possibly another child to play without crowding the tablebr>- It holds water well, and I love that it has a cover like the sandbox (I know it's supposed to be a sand table, but we use it as a water table). br>br>Consbr>- Assembly was a pain (the box claims that all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver, which is far from the truth. ) Because the plastic pieces did not have pilot holes, we had to use a power drill, and it took a lot of force from both my husband and me to get the screw to go through the plastic leg/table pieces. br>- The lid sits up on these tiny little nubs, which means it's not completely closed like the sandbox (I'm not sure why, maybe ventilation?). )
- The table is a little lower than I expected, and my daughter has to lean at an awkward angle to play (she's about three feet tall). br>br>Overall, my daughter enjoys it and it keeps her entertained for at least 20 minutes by herself, which is fantastic! Apart from the assembly, it's a good-quality table that I think could easily hold one or two bags of sand. It's perfect for me, and it's perfect for my toddler!.
I was looking for a sandbox to put on my duplex's small porch. I wanted a sandbox that was just big enough for my toddler and her older sister. This way, the kids on the other side of the porch won't interrupt our family time: )br>br>A single 10 pound bag of sand fits perfectly, and I even got some different colored sands to keep refilling it for the summer!.
I like how light and strong it is. Sand and water are two things we use. A disadvantage is that there are too many crevices for sand to get trapped in, and the screws are not pre-drilled. When it comes to assembly, you'll have to make them yourself, but I was able to do it fairly easily with a philips screwdriver, so no mechanical skills are required, just some strength! Aside from that, I'm happy.
