It doesn't work that way. If you want to use it as a water table, you'll have to scoop and dump the water yourself.

My grandson was the recipient of the set that I purchased. The giraffe table and chair are both extremely sturdy. I was very dissatisfied with the lego set because it was missing a significant component? I contacted customer service and received the following response: Regrettably, they refused to send me a replacement for the missing piece. They said I'd have to disassemble the desk set, wrap it up, and send the entire set back. I live in Hawaii, so things sometimes get damaged in the mail, and it takes longer? What a waste of time and money, not to mention the use of the postal service. In the legos, for one part! So, what is my choice? I'm going to go out and get a new Lego set!
