Our new water table is fantastic; it's large and spacious, with plenty of room for a large group of kids to play. The only drawback is that when used as a lid, the lid/shelf has two holes that do not keep bugs out. Water and bugs collect around the top of the water table bucket, especially since the lid has two holes through which they can easily enter. If the lid didn't have holes and the table didn't have the strange water-holding lip, I'd give it five stars. We'd buy it again if the opportunity presented itself.
This is extremely durable, and it will last for many years. I'm going to order another one specifically for water play and keep this one for rice, sand, and other sensory activities. Every day, the boys request to play in it. Even with 50 pounds of rice inside, it's easy to move around, and the wheels lock securely. I'm very pleased with the product; I looked at a lot of them and this one appears to be the best value for the money.
Sensory table of good quality and durability. Ours, however, did not come with a plug. Our only other gripe is that the table's height isn't adjustable (the shorter table wasn't available), so it's a little too high for two-thirds of our children.
This is a massive amount of data. This is something I use in my preschool class, and whenever we have it out for our two-year-olds, we always have an adult stationed right near it as a "lifeguard. " Lol. When the children reach for something, they step on a bar across the bottom. This makes me feel uneasy.
I like how you can attach a frame to it, and it's a good size for multiple kids to enjoy.
The tray and shelf were missing when we got this product! Was a second box on the way? We only got one that had the metal framing.
The only issue was that the screws did not fit completely and had to be filled in with washes. It would also be nice if the lid could be locked to keep it in place. It takes more than 40 pounds of sand to fill, and it's a good-sized table.
On this table, I have genuine grievances. It is a big hit with the kids. The only problem is that the water-out plug does not tighten completely, so you must turn it just right to prevent water from leaking out.
