Questions & Answers
It goes on for quite a while. We still had a lot of string left on the kite, which was quite high up.
The strings were already attached, if my memory serves me correctly. It was simple to use, effective, and the grandchildren enjoyed it.
There is no image on the box. The kite's packaging is made of the same nylon as the kite.
The string is, in fact, present. These were a big hit with my kids. Everyone else on the beach who saw them thought the same thing!

That is precisely what I was looking for! I have a four-year-old and an eight-year-old, and I wanted to find something that they could both enjoy that wasn't too difficult for the four-year-old and too "lame" for the eight-year-old. This was perfect! It was incredibly simple to fly and it looked fantastic. Every single person who passed by had to compliment them on their cuteness. With just a light breeze, it was easy to assemble and fly within minutes of opening. I expected these to be thrown away after one trip because of the low price, but we used them for several days and they are now neatly packed into their own individual bags (included) for our next beach trip.
It's simple to get up in the air and stay there. In the air, the bright faces and colorful long tails look fantastic. We took them on a trip, and putting them back into the handy storage bags was simple as well. Just keep in mind that they're kites without a rod. Before I realized they didn't need one, I spent a few minutes looking through the packaging for the standard black plastic rod that comes with kites. oops!.
These gave the kids a lot of fun! First and foremost, they were extremely simple to assemble. The kite's strings are already attached and knotted together, so all you have to do now is attach the runner line and you're ready to fly. All of the rainbow tail strings have a tie on them to keep them from getting tangled, which you must untie before using. HELP ME KEEP MY TIE ON! It's very useful for re-tying the kites and putting them back in their bags. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get them back into the bags, but with the help of two people, we were able to roll it up and it fit nicely, despite the fact that it was nearly impossible to fold the way it came. One of our strings (the blue one) became knotted, so we simply cut it off and reattached it the next time we used it. They were very simple to fly, and even a four and six-year-old could do it. They are fantastic.
AWESOME. for approximately 5 seconds I bought it because of the positive reviews, but I would not recommend it. They have a flaw in their design that prevents them from remaining in the air for more than a few seconds. This isn't a traditional kite with rods; instead, it's powered by air passing through a hole. The kite folds and falls when the wind shifts direction. Invest in a traditional kite rather than this one.
As long as you have a good beeeze, it is very easy to get up. They're bright, and they're also quite large. They're a hit with my kids, and they're a lot less expensive and of better quality than trying to buy something at the beach, where everything is so expensive. Also, please be aware that these do not work in our city park - Only go to the beach to work. To stay up, this design requires a constant breeze, similar to that found on a beach. They've gotten a lot of good feedback.
These were two of the most simple kites we've ever flown. The only real complaint is that the assembly instructions could have been a little clearer. br>br>We used them on the beach with our 10 and 8 year old kids and they were able to fly the kites without much effort. br>br>The only real complaint is that the assembly instructions could have been a little clearer. We didn't undo all of the ties properly the first time, so the kite looked off. We discovered a step we missed that wasn't clear in the instructions after bringing it back down and fixed the problem in less than a minute. Fantastic kites. br>br> I would definitely recommend it.
It's a big hit with the 5-year-olds! I need to assist in holding it when the wind is strong because of its size/shape (and the amount of wind it can withstand). It's also one of those items that comes packaged in a bag. However, I do not believe it can be reinserted. That's fine because we'll just wrap it in its tentacles or tail. It's extremely durable, as it's made entirely of flexible materials, so you won't have to worry about it breaking.
