It was a very straightforward process, and the company was quick to replace the product. We now have one of our sons who has selected the green one and it looks fine, too.

I was very impressed with the Butterfly kite. This is a 5 star rating! However, despite how well made this kite was, it proved to be challenging A gust of wind battered the sail, causing it to swing wildly. Trying to return it was too late, and I thought I would lose my money. I was wrong. In a whirlwind of activity after I reviewed this kite, I received a package. It contained a brand new, fully tested stingray kite. The supplier sent me this in appreciation. It looks forward to being used by my lids. I'd buy anything from them if I knew I could get such excellent service!.

The pros include I'm exasperated. I like the picture on the kite. I'm exasperated. The item had a case with it. In addition to fitting in a backpack, the case is also portable. I'm exasperated. Having a responsive seller is a good thing. Cons I'm exasperated. There were no instructions included with the product, which is apparently a common problem because other reviews mention this as well. I'm exasperated. According to the seller's instructions, the kite does not match the instructions at all. The lengths of the rods do not match, and the rod ends do not have caps. Additionally, the front edges of the rods do not connect. I'm exasperated. It is the wrong length of the two shorter rods when connected, as they are longer than needed for the kite. This kite does not fly well because of the two separate rods on both sides of the front edge that are not connected. As a result, it swerves in the air rather than It could fly steadily since two separate rods would be connected to allow the kite to fly. I'm exasperated. So keep an eye out for splinters because the rods at the front edges started splitting. As a result This does not correspond exactly with what is displayed on the product description. Kites like that have so many little problems with them, and the kite I flew had all those problems. You can fly it, but it doesn't last very long in the air unless you have a bit of DIY in mind and connect the rods on the front edges. When I did this, it flew a lot better and stayed in the air for quite a while.

Though the instruction manual does not clarify some doubts I had, it is a fairly easy kit to assemble. There is no damage to my product after I registered for support. It looks fragile but it is not. It was my first time flying a kite for my child after 30 years. Though I was hesitant at first, I had no problems with it. It is next step to try to fly it without too much You can keep up with me.
