It can be used for that purpose. It is filled with bright colors, making it very eye-catching. That is a beautiful sight
The material is not paper or cotton it's some kind of very thin man made fiber that keeps the weight low. The colors are very vibrant.
Getting it assembled and taking it down is pretty easy, and the sleeve provided makes it easy to store. Despite the fact that we bought this butterfly kite to hang on the wall of the bedroom of our granddaughter, we kept it as-is. It was a hit with her! Kites like these aren't the best at flying. kid that wants to fly the kite, you might want to consider going to a kite shop or shopping on a dedicated kite site and spending a little more to get a better
Although it does not come with a spool of string, enough string is provided to fly the kite. Our spool was purchased separately, but we never needed to use it

For more information on flying at low winds, refer to the tip from 8/31/20. 18 April 20 In the past 28 years, this was my first kite after 28 years. I bought it to have some fun during the COVID-2011 festival. The 19th century was a time of staying at home. Despite its low performance, the kite is capable of flying in wind gusts above 6 miles per hour (I managed to fly it in the city park in Phoenix AZ in 6 mph wind). Winds (low altitude) that are turbulent do not stabilize it. For it, I would highly suggest getting a long string (400+ ft). This kite is very easy to assemble (takes one minute) and the material and construction are very sturdy and sturdy for the price. I have flown it most days for the past month (about 25 assembly and disassembly cycles) with no significant degradation. Item 5/7/20 We had stronger winds a couple of weeks ago (between 15 and 20 mph) in Phoenix. Kites often fly erratically after 40 minutes in the air, but one crash down after 40 minutes is not unusual. As I inspected the wing, I noticed that at least one of the plastic rods used for the skeleton had ripped its stitching where it is attached The sawing kit I used to repair it enabled me to do so easily. As far as I can tell, the kite flies steadily in wind speeds ranging between 6 and We hope you enjoy flying this great kite. The kite still flies well as of 8/31/20. Using one clever trick, I learned how to set up the kite so that it can fly in low wind (less than 12 mph) compared to high wind. There is high wind (12 mph or more). You should attach your setting to the four-pronged piece of plastic that sits in the middle of the spine at the back (two rods from the wings are also attached to it). *you should align the black piece for low wind so that when you connect the wings, they line up with As a result, the kite is concave and easily catches the wind. There is one negative side to the kite, and that is that it is erratic and vibrates a lot in high winds. When there is heavy wind, do the opposite. Turn the black piece the other way so that the wing rods are angled away from the main string after being connected. When there is a lot of wind, this makes the kite convex which helps to deflect it. In this configuration, it is very difficult to get a lift when the wind is low. Thanks for reading this tip. I hope it helps. The end of year update for December 29, 20. I haven't seen any problems with the kite. I have since upgraded to larger and more expensive kites since purchasing this kite. Kites with a heavier mass can be gorgeous to watch flying in the sky, but because of their higher weight, they need a stronger wind to fly. My go-to kite when the wind is slower than 10 mph is this butterfly kite.
In any kind of breeze other than a steady breeze, it is challenging to stay in the air. There's nothing like gusty winds to make things worse. This kite, however, is well made and it is beautiful to view in the air if you are looking for a challenge.
The product was labeled as new, but clearly it is damaged and used. As far as I can tell, there are pieces missing in it so I don't even want to open it the rest of the way. The package will be returned to you. A brief update They sent me a new one, and it was in perfect condition.
If you lose one of the sticks, you are toast. This kite comes with a lot of sticks. It is not possible to take it out It's the same for me - no replacement sticks. Other than that, this kite flew the best out of all the kites we've flown. You can't go wrong with this purchase! Despite some pretty strong winds, this kite held together well!.
This kite is pretty, but it's not the best design if you want it to fly. Although it is a gorgeous kite as well as my daughter loves butterflies and blue, it was a risk for me to take given that I have flown many kites. A really windy day should be enough for it to fly. at least you would remember that other kites would fly while this one did not.
This is an extremely poorly made film. Definitely do not let this kite stay up in the air for long! There was a lot of disappointment among my kids. Money is too precious. Don't waste it.
Building, refining, and flying it put a challenge on the builder. In the sky, however, it is absolutely breathtaking. The shape looks like a pair of wings flapping. For those who are having difficulty getting the kite off the ground, I recommend that you try these steps 1) Tie the tails in loops for more stability (one on left edge, and one on right). A different length should be used for each loop. 2) Pick a short piece of string and put a loop in the string that runs along the abdomen. My experience was very positive with that.
This kite may be the right choice for you if you want to be actively involved in flying a kite and learning how to get it balanced.
Especially in esp. I will make my daughter happy if I do this. My 6-year-old daughter might also have difficulty dealing with it and I thought it might be a challenge for her. The first time we have attempted this is today. I am sure that my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Despite its small size, it is able to fly high. Despite the fabric torn in some corners, we were able to fix it during assembly, so we gave it 4 stars. It was also necessary to provide a thread which is not included in the package. There is a need for a longer thread and I believe we need a downwards wind like 10 mph Approximately 15 mph.
