Are you referring to real, see-through holes? or holes that only let air in when the balloon is inflated? If that's the case, don't worry; it's perfectly normal and necessary; otherwise, it'd pop! I'd contact the seller if there are actual holes in it that you can see through and it doesn't inflate completely or properly.

Is the jump area shaded entirely by the roof?

This is not the case. This bounce house doesn't have a completely enclosed roof. From the picture, it's difficult to tell.

What is the sound level of the fan? Is there a way to use this inside?

Yes, it can be used indoors, and the fan is very quiet.

The dimensions listed are larger than the actual product; my measurements show that the total dimension is approximately 7ft by 11ft. The description states that the maximum capacity is 300 pounds. The bounce house's label states that it can hold up to two people and a total of 132 pounds. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase because I would not have bought it if I had known the true dimensions and weight capacity.

However, I live in Alaska, and this was one of the few items I was able to have delivered to me. I took it to the Philippines with me, where my twin daughters live, and everything went smoothly except for a few power issues. All of the kids in the neighborhood are now lining up outside our gate to see it, and my daughters are ecstatic. My only complaint is that the advertisement and what is printed on the item itself contain contradictory information. The ad says no more than 250 pounds (and I thought it said three kids, but I can't seem to find that now that I'm on my phone). Only two children, each weighing no more than 66 pounds, are permitted to use the bouncy castle, according to the instructions on the side of the bouncy castle. So, what's the difference? It appears to be tough enough to be the 3/250, but I hate it when their own information contradicts their own.

Buy it! This was a big hit at my daughter's third birthday party! The kids were in it for a total of four hours! It could fit about 5 kids at a time and quickly inflates and folds up

It appeals to me. For the same price as you would pay to rent it, you can purchase it. This was ideal for this Covid-related project. Only four friends came to celebrate my 19th birthday. She employs it on a weekly basis. Inflates in one minute and deflates in three to four minutes.
