What you pay for is what you get. Both the price and the quality/design of these are affordable. There were some that were formed reasonably straight, but there were others that had bends or twists that were so complex they could never be bent and could never fly. Even after making adjustments we were not able to get any of them to fly straight. All of the cars turned 90 degrees within 20 feet, making the turn within the same distance. Regardless of where their tails were located, all of them had a tendency to loop. Although adding weight to the tops (sticks, rocks, etc) brought about a reduction in looping behavior, I am not so sure this sort of hack should be required to get the product to function even marginally. Despite their shortcomings, they did entertain us for a short while, but their entertainment stemmed from the effort involved in getting them to work, not from the fun we had playing with them.

Assembly isn't difficult, but be careful not to ruin it. A rudder can be fitted into either of two different slots. You can fly the plane straight if you put your rudder in the bottom slot. You can make the plane loop if you place it in the top slot! After many hours of playing, one wing was damaged. Elmer's glue was used to repair it. I am happy with this!.
