Can anyone let me know how to get the scanner to "peep"? I just received it, and the scanner doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone else have this problem?

The same problem was found on both of my returns. I found the third one to work. It may help to take it out of the box and replace the batteries, just in case the batteries have worn out.

What is the best way to "unjam" a ?

The drawer might be jammed with a coin or credit card. To get it back on, turn it off and then on again. Push firmly on the drawer using your thumbs, then jiggle it a bit. Once you have done that, try clicking on In the event that more time is required, repeat the process. My original one got stuck a couple of times, but I think this one does.

There are a lot of fun features in this game, but they could have been improved. In only six weeks, my scanner's sound has stopped altogether, and now anything that comes close to it will trigger it. If the little microphone had been a microphone, that would have been nice. An overall pretty decent toy, but don't expect too much out of It seems to be a hit with the kids.

This product fails to meet expectations

The game looks cute, most of the parts work, but it's disappointing overall. When my husband tried to open the drawer, he put a screw in it to pull as he punched the button. Consistency is a problem with the scanner.
