It is awesome when Doug does it. It's always great to see the artwork. The toys are sturdy too. I particularly like it for babies that are really small. Considering that these are small products, it should come as no surprise that the anatomy on these is more accurate than typically found on children's products. Below, I've attached a picture so you don't get surprised like I did when I opened it for the first time.
Our four-year-old, who will be attending preschool in a few weeks, is using Melissa and Doug's magnetic "toy" while our eldest is using a squishy guts model. We had a lot of fun during the lesson! In order to cover all of the different systems we will go back to this toy multiple times. In addition to being anatomically correct, I wanted a way to discuss male and female parts in a way that suited my age group. There should be a lid on this, as others have said! Yes, I mean it! This is why I'm considering getting a letter tray so that we can sit this horizontally to ensure that nothing falls out while still taking advantage of the available By doing so, the other letter tray slots can be used for a variety of items that are similar but not as critical The assortment included toys and puzzles made of wood. In addition, I wonder if Melissa and Doug's wire puzzle rack holder would serve this purpose. It may be worth getting one at some point

Update There is no slot in the largest Melissa And Doug wire rack for chunky puzzles to fit this anatomical Puzzles may only be 3/4" thick, so it isn't an ideal fit for thicker ones. There are about one hundred pieces in the anatomy puzzle A thin layer of 1/8" My measurements were taken. Despite trying numerous storage solutions, I have yet to find an ideal one. I think they should really come with lids. It's been several years since we purchased the set, and we have kept everything up to date - even after moving across the country. Our close calls have been some of the closest. This is still useful to my almost six year old, who was 4 when I bought it. There is a 2 year old and a 2 month old in my home now. There will be a lot of use for it continuing forward. Since it's still in my hands, I'd like to designate the best way to store it once it's packed This small object can be slid into a tall clear shoebox container from The Container Store (the $5 one) but only if I squish it down really tight. The letter tray I got didn't include a lid, so I didn't use it as a letter holder. As a result, for now, it will have to be a shoe box from The Container Store. It is also mounted on a bookshelf when it's not in use.
I bought this for my 4 year old daughter, who has been watching the Magic School Bus on Netflix and is interested in how the human body works. I love it when she walks into the room and says, "Look mom!". The strength that I have in my bones and muscles keeps me going! Moreover, she has an older sister with cerebral palsy, and she recognizes that the muscles of her sister's body don't work the same way as other children's. Her favorite part about being able to see the different layers of her body is seeing the various textures it has. **One aspect of the show that caught me off guard was the different sections for boys and girls. It is possible to have parts for girl organs and parts for boy organs in the skin. This wasn't a big deal to me, as my kids have always been taught the correct names for boys' and girls' private parts, and I always insist on teaching the atomically correct names. As a result, I just wanted to mention it so that you know what you are.
It makes a great introduction to body systems and can also be used for home schooling. I also love how the illustrations are not startling or overly graphic. Her 6 yr old daughter thought it was cool, and she got a view of the skeleton from another angle after having seen an x-ray in a previous setting. The toe she broke has been rayed since she broke it. This is a very good product. Excellent value for the money. This student is in her 1st grade. You should also take action. Organs differ not only in males and females but also between men and women.
I love the fact that it's a learning tool, but it's a bit hard to use because of the packaging. It is difficult to see the pictures of the body parts on the back of the box when you dump out the contents. There are only a few body part descriptions and they seem to be In addition, there is no lid to the box, so storing it properly is difficult. As well, the pieces of furniture are all made out of particle board, There's no way this should be used for kids'.
There are a lot of hits and misses here. This is the best play set I've ever seen! The anatomically correct organs and the anatomically correct body are very appealing to me! The release of this game without a black skin version does not make sense to me, especially in light of current social climate in the United States. This company made a big mistake, according to me. As a side note, my 4 yr old daughter has created a boy girl hybrid, and I thought it was pretty funny.
As we home-school, I bought this book for my preschooler and Our human body study this year involves using some creative games to use while we study it. I think the quality is good, as is all Melissa & Doug products I'm already seeing a lot of love for Doug puzzles. I just wanted to let you know- Nevertheless, it has a penis, a vagina, and a uterus. It is responsible for coordinating reproductive activities. For us, due to our two daughters and a son running through the house naked evading his diaper change, they know what a penis is, but it is very important for parents who do not want their daughters to learn about penises at preschool.
It's a blessing to be able to teach children age-appropriate lessons with things that they have questions about. I agree with others, "Why do Melissa and Doug create such great sets WITHOUT covers to keep the pieces in the boxes?"? How is it possible to create such a great set without covers? Keeping the pieces stacked in their correct places is convenient for me since I have a drawer for each of the 4 sets that we own. The boxes don't come with at least a cardboard cover, which is strange to me. It would be difficult for these pieces to make their way home if they were used in a preschool and elementary school setting! The set is still great apart from that. I highly recommend spending time reading through these books with children and grandparents to teach them about human anatomy.
