Questions & Answers

Is the only difference between the deluxe and standard editions that the deluxe edition allows you to purchase additional expansion games?

The difference isn't just in the expansion pack sheets. I have the original standard version, as well as the expansion sheets for the deluxe desk, which I purchased by accident. Because the sheet-in slot on both desks is incompatible, my 32 sheets are useless (on the standard desk). On the deluxe, there is also a place to insert cartridges if you look at the top display. There isn't room for that in the standard. I'm reminded of small square versions of the first Nintendo games when I look at these cartridges. I haven't been able to use it yet because I have the original desk, but I plan to do so soon. My daughter (2yrs 3months old) has memorized probably 95% of the original desk sheets. When she was 1 year 11 months old, she received this as a Christmas present, and it became her favorite daily activity until she memorized it.

Hello, I'm interested in this product, but I'm curious as to whether or not it has a language setting. due to the fact that my daughter is only fluent in French?

There is an option to buy the entire table in French (but not in any other languages), but this won't help you if you already own the table in English. I've reached out to customer service to inquire about a Spanish option, and this is what they've told me so far. There are only two tables, one for each language. This is why the United States of America is involved. is falling behind in school.

I'm not sure how durable this thing is. Some of my son's previous Vtech plastic toys have felt flimsy, and I'm concerned that this one will as well. ?

For what it is, it is extremely durable. It stands up to my 2-year-old pushing and pulling it all over my house. It appeals to her. It comes highly recommended from me.

How many languages does this activity desk support, and is French included?

French games for my toddler are also appealing to me. Is there anything you've found so far? I've tried Amazon, and it's not working for me. ca, but without success:

***THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED*** ***edited review***br>br>This was a Christmas present for our daughter
4/5

It only worked properly in the music mode less than a month later, after only being used a handful of times. Otherwise, it was as if the touchpad had a short. Even though no one was touching it, it changed what it was saying before it was finished, as if someone was pressing a bunch of buttons. "The letter V stands for D is- X is- It just kept going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, going, It wouldn't turn off, regardless of which mode it was in. We tried switching sheets and wiped down the buttons with a damp rag, thinking they might be sticky. Nothing was of any assistance. It even turned on when no one was present and continued to do so until someone went to turn it off. br>br>After a frustrating phone call with fetch customer service, we were able to resolve the issue. I attempted to send emails multiple times over the course of two days and always received an error, so I had to contact customer service. They sent me an email with a troubleshooting suggestion and a guarantee that if it didn't work, they would replace it. It turned out to be successful, thankfully. If anyone else is experiencing this issue, try removing the batteries, holding down the power button for 30 seconds, and then replacing the batteries. My daughter adores it, and now that it is fully functional, we are much happier.

Toy with a lot of learning potential   The following are some of the highlights from my video review: 1
5/5

br>br> Touch Activity Desk is a great way to learn new things. br>1. Interactive and educationalbr>br>br>br>br> It's a breeze to assemble. The four legs should be pushed into the seat of the stool. Insert the four table legs into the table's red base. Place the Yellow Top on the Red Base.
3. 4 AA batteries should be inserted - not part of the package
4. There are a few things to keep in mind: The child must learn not to lean on or touch the table unless they are deliberately touching or interacting with it. My daughter finds this to be the most difficult skill to master. I warn her against leaning on it, but she quickly forgets. The table has a high level of sensitivity - You do not press the buttons; instead, you simply touch them - As a result, when she leans on it, everything goes haywire. It would be nice if they added a small border to the front so that kids can lean against it or rest their hands on it - and move the buttons higher up on the screen Otherwise, they'll just have to learn to keep their hands off the buttons unless they're trying to press them.
4b. All of the legs simply keep moving forward. They don't have a lock or a button to keep them on - The only thing that exists is tension. As a result, you should be able to pull them off with ease. There's enough tension that you'd have to pull it off yourself if it didn't fall off on its own. They can, however, be accomplished with relative ease. You can use glue to secure them in place more permanently.
4c. When using the clipboard/chalkboard feature, there is no lock or other mechanism to keep the table in place. As a result, it is possible for it to be pulled onto fingers in an accident. A lot of caution would be required. To avoid accidents and injuries, I'm considering putting some foam in strategic locations. It is possible to teach caution to older children - My 2-year-old, on the other hand, would not be aware of this until she was injured. br>5. Because the legs bend out, the stool and table are quite strong and sturdy. As a result, it has a nice, broad foundation. I can even sit on the stool without difficulty - I have a weight of 140 pounds.
6. Overall, I enjoy this product because it is both educational and entertaining. Personally, I believe that my two-year-old needs to mature and calm down before she can fully benefit from this product, but there's no doubt that she will learn a lot. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments section below, and I will do my best to respond. Thank you very much!.

It's an excellent educational tool, in my opinion
4/5

We bought this desk for our 21-month-old son as a Christmas present. It's an excellent educational tool, in my opinion. There are five pages to interact with, and each page has different modes to choose from, such as music or search and find. The desk can also be used as a chalkboard or an art desk by flipping it open. To spice things up, there are a variety of expansion pack pages to choose from. There are so many things to do with this toy, and it's definitely a toy that will last a long time. My only complaint is that I wish there was some kind of safety feature to slow down the closing of the desk when it's opened, as it closes fairly quickly and could easily injure small fingers.

I'm not sure what to do with the useless activity card; I'd like to give it a zero if it's possible
3/5

I was completely dissatisfied with the activity card; I received two extra cards in the package, but only one of them worked! It says "please insert the cartridge that matches this page" every time I slide in the other three pages! It's completely illogical, because one page worked but the other didn't! I'm not sure what to do with the useless activity card, and I can't bear my child's disappointment!.
