There is no painting on this product. The color is as seen in the picture.

It may be necessary to assemble and glue some parts

The product may come with a thin sheet or support structure that sits below it or that is attached to it on some points (see the last picture). You may have to remove this sheet or structure with a cutter (just as you would with parts from a model kit sprue).

Could I leave those figures off since I only want the hanging guy? I only want the hanging guy, so do those figures stay on the stage?

All of the figures (including the hanging guy) are included separately, so you can choose whether to include them or not.

Very well made, came early, and I really like the details. However, when I removed the figure from its frame work the gun muzzle broke off, and I can't find it to attempt to repair What is a better cutting tool than the razor knife I use now? I'm a bit new at this, so what should I use?.

It is unacceptable to see this picture. It is too common to be reminded of public hangings, much less to see them in a visual form. It is not necessary to have this As for me, I would never ever consider purchasing something like this! Don't be stuck in the past.
