The house is well built and high quality, with a beautiful interior. The laptop we bought a while ago has been holding up pretty well so far. track at the top has been chipped, but can still be used. The tracks are pretty hard for my son! Therefore, it is a pretty sturdy piece of equipment. However, we thought it strange that his turntables weren't compatible. Therefore, I looked to see if there was a compatible turntable just now. There really should have been a compatible turntable included with it. It is now only possible to get a turntable that works with this thing by purchasing another I am really bummed out by this. If the turntable is supposed to come with it, make sure you get.

An excellent turntable that is actually designed to fit tender engines and A sturdy shed needs no assembly out of the box, and it's well made and solid. Door hinges and attachments are solid. There is a lot of data in the trun table. Toys like this one fit in with the other tracks we have. Although the box was nicely packed, one star is taken away because the design of the box is somewhat misleading to a potential recipient. There is a picture of one round house which has other tracks connected to it, and there is a completely different bridge set up on the other side. My son and I were supposed to spend the entire day in this area Each morning, I and my husband build the Sodor train set. Both openings for the tracks that come out of the roof were extremely tight, so when they were taken apart for the first time, they both What an upsetting situation! Now that we bought two sets of the tracks that come off of the roof, we cannot use them at all. There are no words to describe how disappointed I am. Decoration with a huge price tag.

For Christmas we bought this for my 3 year old son, who has been eyeing it for a long time. In general, he enjoyed it and it was a good addition to our collection of train toys. As the only reason for my rating of 4 instead of 5 stars is the wood around the top of the station where it is gray has chipped several times. We can still fit the rail pieces together, so it still functions functionally. The damage to the other layers of wood has been the same on both sides.
