I was actually surprised at the quality, and the package was larger than what I had expected. In addition to that, my other books, as well, blend perfectly with this one Despite its metal appearance, you would never guess that it's made of steel! There are only a few complaints about this product (that is why I took off one star) - the packaging - no other complaints to make. On the front cover, there is a GIANT sticker that occupies about one third of the area. I do not mean the easy plastic-type stuff It is easy to peel off stickers like this. I ended up peeling the design off with a washcloth gently and soaking in warm water with a soft wash cloth for almost half an hour before I was able to remove it. We request that you remove these stickers from all future editions and models for the love of all that is holy!.
I ordered five of these for my classroom and they are adorable. use them as incentive tokens for students to motivate them to read. It is highly recommended for that however it is sadistic who packages them. The only other excuse is that there is none. caused three perfectly good nails to break by trying to remove the enormous sticker from the front and back of the car. Unlike easy peel stickers, these do not peel off easily. There are more stickers that state "remove your car or you will be towed" than ones that say "remove forever. ". ended up using Goo Gone as a kids bank, which is incredibly depressing for a bank for children! Make a better effort!.
Certainly not what I expected (but I would have been able to deal with that) but the sticker on the front was inappropriate. You can see in the pictures I uploaded how badly it came off and how long it took to get rid of it! However, even on the last day, I still have a sticky residue that should be easy to remove.
In terms of looks and feel, I give this watch a 4, but based on durability, I give it a 3. It opens up like a book, and it is a nice size. Coin slots are found on the top of the slot with the top standing up like a shelf, so if you fill up the slots, they There is nothing particularly wrong with the metal, but it's a little flimsy to expect it to withstand heavier items, such as coins. On a bookshelf, you can hide this paper money safe as a fun keepsake or a real paper money safe. I can easily imagine it on a shelf because it is nicely printed.
As I'm sure many of the other reviews have mentioned, I was fully expecting I'd be annoyed with the stickers. Although, when I removed them from the first bank, (I ordered two) they were going to come off very easily and they didn't leave any sticky residue behind. As a result, I made a video (please excuse the bad quality and my excessively fat hand) demonstrating how easy it was for me to remove the stickers from the second bank. Thus, not all of them are as difficult as you might think. Like me, you might just get lucky and get some really good pictures! I love the way they look on a bookshelf among my other favorites. There is hardly any difference between a book between two books or between a book and the end of one's self if it's between the two. There's no way to tell unless you already know it's not a book, or you look closely. Unless they put a shiny leather cover on it, otherwise, it looks like just another shiny leatherbacked Similar to smooth bible covers (or leather like materials) such as this. Only thing I don't like about the game is where the coin slot is located. There is only one reason for this - it is clearly metal looking and stands out a little if your bookshelf is well lit and the books are set far enough apart that you can see the tops of the pages. But I'm going to paint the section of the bank that looks like pages in a book to make it seem more authentic. In my opinion, they are more meant to be decorative book ends than functional ones, so whether they are metal or not doesn't matter to me, although it would be better with the metallic area painted to blend in better. This cute little bank is still one of my favourites, and I would certainly buy it again.
This did not happen. My first impression was that it would be smaller than I expected. There were dents in the box and it hadn't been packaged well. It is still a very nice site other than that.
I liked it, but it appeared to be cheaply constructed. had a piece broken in it when it came to me. Originally, I had planned to give it as a gift, but an item in that condition would not be acceptable. It was not possible to get a replacement because they were no longer available. The best outcome is probably this.
The bookcase in my house is my favorite. In spite of so many reviews saying that the stickers were difficult to remove, I never had this issue. There is only one issue that keeps it from being 5 stars, and that is that the design on the book/bank looks bright and clear in the picture. The cover seems faded like a book, but I don't know if it was the one I got or if that's how it was supposed to look.
