As others have stated, it immediately spreads glitter all over the place. I'm going to try sealing the glittery areas with clear gloss paint so it doesn't keep shedding glitter. Although it appears to be quite sturdy, it is made of ceramic and could break if left in the hands of a small child. My nearly five-year-old daughter year- Old, on the other hand, adores it. This is adorable, but it's a tad on the small side. When I took it out of the box, there was glitter all over the place, indicating that it was made cheaply! It's so small that it's difficult to fit anything in it.

br>br>When I first got it out of the box, I had to take it outside and try to brush off the excess glitter with a dustpan broom, then vacuum up all of the glitter from my front porch. As I carried it gently up to my daughter's room, I believe I still left a trail of glitter behind me.

The glitter is very cute, but it comes off so easily. I wasn't expecting glitter to be all over the table where it was set up, as well as on my daughter's hand whenever she touched it. I'll probably need to coat it in poly to keep the glitter from strewing all over the place.

It was a huge hit with my 5-year-old granddaughter. It comes in a lovely gift box, with a plastic bag covering the unicorn bank inside, which I was able to remove without leaving any glitter behind. I read some of the other reviews on this site, but this one didn't leave a trail of glitter in its wake.

I read other people's feedback on this product. The majority of people said the glitter was easy to remove. This did not bother me in the least. Nothing came off when I rubbed my hand over the glitter. This bank is adorable, a good size, and ideal for a little girl, in my opinion. It's substantial in weight and appears to be well-constructed.

We bought it for our three-year-old daughter to use as a money box, and she loves it! She comes across some spare change and asks if she can keep it in her unicorn bank. It's a good size, and it's really pretty and sparkly. Her older sister, who was in high school at the time, was also interested in getting one. I intend to purchase a second one to use as a bookend. My purchase was a great success.
