Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. They aren't laminated, but they look like other cards of their type. They, like any other cards I'm familiar with, would suffer if they were exposed to moisture.

I was initially put off by their diminutive size. It appeared that shuffle would be impossible. As I worked with them more, I discovered that dumping them into a velvet bag, shaking them to shuffle them, and selecting a card I felt led to take was easier. When I give people readings, it's fantastic. And it's a lot less work than lugging around heavy decks.
I really like these little cards; the pictures are clear and detailed; they aren't as thin as I'm used to, but that's ok; these are just a keychain edition and nice to have on hand when I really want to use them; however, I don't use the box it came in because it wouldn't close after the third time I opened it; instead, I put them in a bag with my pendulum and carry it in my purse, which is just as good for me. Expect to not be able to do a great shuffle because they are too small, but they are still worth buying if you like to use them on the go. My camera does not do them justice; they are much more detailed in person and just as good as a full-size shuffle. size set.
As the cards are being drawn, I keep track of which is up and which is down in the center. I'm disappointed, but I'm not in the mood to return it. I'll probably make a jig to cut the tops off as well, so they'll draw fairly true.
. On a more positive note, all of the cards were present, undamaged, and otherwise as expected, which is a good thing.
. On the plus side, the small carrying case is surprisingly nice; it won't stay that way indefinitely, but it closes better than I expected.

- I've only used these a few times, and the plastic case's closure is already failing to close properly. So that I don't spill the deck from my keychain, I'm going to wrap it in a rubber band.
I like that I can carry these around in my purse. Shuffling was a little difficult at first, and I'm constantly checking to make sure I didn't lose any, but they're a great addition to my collection.
These cards appeal to me greatly. I'm new to Tarot and began with "themed" decks, which, while great, I believe made learning more difficult. I wanted to go back to the original Tarot for a deeper understanding while also having something small enough to take with me "on the go" so I could keep learning even when I was not at home. It does come with a reference booklet, but if you're serious about learning the RW deck, I recommend investing in additional learning materials (especially the Tarot coloring book, which I highly recommend for beginners like me). The cards are as follows: They're reasonably sturdy for their size, with a good "card" stock and excellent colors and details (I examined them closely with a magnifying glass). They're a little difficult to shuffle, but with practice, they'll get easier. I've seen the warnings about the plastic box, but I've opened and closed it a few times and have yet to have a problem; however, will rubber-banding help? Just in case, I'm going to put a band around it. I'm hoping it holds up because I'm not sure where I'd put these if it didn't because they're so small! It's lovely.
It's adorable and extremely well-made. I adore them to no end. I'm going to keep them on my keyring. Although the case snaps open and closed easily, I wrap a small rubber band around it for added security.
I have no idea how to use tarot cards, but these came with instructions and card meanings that aren't overly detailed, but I like that I can look them up if I really want to. This is the coolest thing to have in your bag, in my opinion!.
