We were pleased with everything. Wrapped with care and in bright colors, every parachute was brilliant. In addition to three that have survived well, three more fell dead when their parachutes failed to open during flight. The body of one soldier is still MIA, only his parachute was found. There are 5 children in my family, ranging in age from 5 to 14. There are 9 people in the family, so they are pretty rough.
We were delighted to find these as a gift for our 4 year old. Basically, they are the type of floating docks that you can drop from a second-floor balcony and they will still stay open and float down nicely. The 4 year old broke a few strings that were coiled around the men as he attempted to unravel some of the strings from the parachute net. It was relatively easy to repair the netting by tying the ribbon directly to it, so overall this was not an issue. If I were to buy it again, I'd definitely do so for the price.
The products work exactly as they should. If you fold it up lossless before throwing it, it works best. As it takes quite a bit of height to open it, don't expect a toddler to have an easy time doing it on their own unless they drop it from a height. Although they aren't tangled and are good quality, I like them well because they don't get tangled.
It was a well-made pair! Having fun throwing these up in the air was a highlight for my grandson, 7 years old. Despite their durability, they are very lightweight.
Party favor bags can be made with these Having them around is great for the kids. The activity kit is of good quality and is sure to keep your kids entertained.
It was a huge hit with my grandchild, 9 years old- The experience of sending them over the stairwell was very enjoyable for him! It'd be nice to offer this as a birthday treat to kids when birthday parties are again a success. It was necessary for me to stitch one up as the edge of the parachute.
I am very pleased with this product. It is not the junk I used to have when I was a kid. A nylon parachute rather than a plastic one. The toy man's canopy is connected to the body by fine net material. You'll no longer have broken or tangled string to worry about. I did have to sew one parachute canopy back together, as it had ripped. Still works just fine, but is not quite as pretty as the new one. Having a great time and getting a great value for the money. It works best if it's dropped off somewhere you can see, like a playground.
It was a pleasure to have Despite their durability, they are very lightweight.
