This game is fun for older kids, but you'll only keep them occupied for a little while

My 17 year old is the recipient of this purchase. When he first started playing the game and his friends joined in, he wasn't impressed. However, after playing it for some time, he began to enjoy it. We need to add features to give the older kids more options and complexity so they will keep.

There is a lack of quality in this game

This book was used by my three grandkids, 14 years old, 12 years old, and 10 years old. I thought they would like this since they love solving crimes. Sometimes they come up with their own crimes to solve, so I thought this would bring some reality into their playtime. While they were doing it, I facetimed. It is easy to follow the directions. I would have preferred that the fingerprint items were opened, but the blood samples and test vials could not For the purpose of opening them, they had to cut them down and/or break In the lab, they were able to get to the DNA results and I had to provide guidance on how to interpret them. This crime was correctly identified by the police. Among my students who gave a rating for quality, only one gave a 1 for fun and entertainment. I would give it a 5 star rating if the blood samples had been easier to use.

The idea of this being a family thing during covid had really high hopes for me. I think it's a good idea, but we found though that you need to follow online and look up a lot of information online that it became very boresome very quickly. Everything should have been printed, otherwise it would have been better. The price is great, especially for the quality. I would not recommend.
