My children, who are in their 60s, sit on it all the time without complaint. I don't think 70 pounds is a problem in the pound range. It has a good amount of strength to it.

I haven't decided yet. It appears to be made in the United States, in my opinion. , but it's always a good idea to double-check with the manufacturer first. However, let me state unequivocally that it is the most incredible toy chest I have ever seen or owned.

Overall, I like the product's weight and construction. Though only time will tell, it appears to be solid. We had no problems with missing or incorrect pieces, and the instructions were simple to follow (even easier than an IKEA build). It took roughly 30 minutes to complete. It took me about 10 minutes to put everything together, but I wasn't in a hurry. The bench's length appeals to me, though it could be a little taller. Because of this, the individual boxes are smaller than a standard organizer box, but they can still hold extra stuffed animals and books. It was a good choice for this purpose because I needed something to go beneath the window that my son could sit on. However, if you're looking for more functionality, it's not as big as a toy box. In general, I am pleased with this product.
It was lovely and did exactly what I needed it to do. Out of all the pieces, this was the most durable. Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Also, it's visually pleasing! It looks great as an entryway organizer when combined with two towers and a coat hanger.
It's a fantastic design, but it's a bit on the small side.
Okay, I'd give this a 3 out of 5. I'd give it a 5, but for the time being, I'll give it a 4. I'm a 30-year-old woman who took just over an hour to put this together. The directions were straightforward and easy to understand. The screws were well-packaged and labeled, as well. I'm not sure what they're called, but some of the bolts wouldn't line up properly to keep the screw in place, and I worked on one for at least 20 minutes. I had two bad pieces out of six, which was extremely frustrating. There's a small gap in the back where the cardboard is or where the back of the drawer doesn't meet the top of the piece if that makes sense it's not a big deal at all also as you use the bins and pull them out for toys or whatever it's going to scratch in this material because it's wood on wood it scratches very easily the packaging itself was damaged I mean holes in the bottom extremely damaged surprisingly the product itself wasn't that bad and everything was wrapped I saw maybe three or four places where it was damaged, one of which was a right corner where the entire corner chipped off and had to be glued back together, which is really bad. It was like a ringtone dang in that corner, and there were a few other spots where it was like a ringtone dang, but considering the box, I'm surprised it wasn't more damaged. Obviously, this does not come with a cushion, but it should because it's just an extra expense and a pain to look for one this is a cute little piece I took measurements and it fits perfect for the area which is why I bought it I couldn't decide between this and another so I bought two but after the work, I don't see myself disassembling this; instead, I'd just try to resell it it doesn't seem to hold much weight so I wouldn't put anything past 3 pounds I think $90 is a fair price considering the lack of a cushion and the fact that it's advertised as a storage bench. I also think the drawers that pull out should have wheels or something so they don't grind on the wood. If you found this helpful, please let me know as I rely on reviews. br>br>** I'm not sure what happened to my revised review and photos folks hmmm.
This was purchased to serve as a stand for my Aerogarden Farm, and it performed admirably. Because the dimensions are just slightly larger than the farm's base, there's no risk of it falling off, but there's also no wasted space. The cubes provide some extra storage for plant food and other items. The white color complements the white farm perfectly. It's well-made and durable. br>br>The cubes can be difficult to pull out because they aren't drawers and there is a lot of friction, but I added some felt to the bottoms of them and they are now much easier to pull out. br>br>I strongly suggest this to anyone looking for a stand and storage for their Aerogarden Farm (or Farm Plus or Farm XL).
It's incredibly simple to put together. Simply divide the components into groups! a piece of advice for putting it together: Use a phillips screwdriver to begin screwing in screws, then finish with a power drill; however, be careful not to strip screws or overtighten them, as this will cause the wood to crack.
First, I'll point out that this is supposed to be a bench, but there isn't a bench cushion or anything to attach one to. There were also a lot of pieces that didn't seem to fit together properly. Consider the support bar at the bottom. Three holes in the bottom of the bench are used to insert wooden dowels, which also serve to support the bench. Except one hole was too small, making the wooden dowel too large, and the middle hole was too large. Because the end hole was too big, the dowel fell completely through, leaving no support at the bottom. Attempting to get them out proved impossible, and even the smallest hit to any of the pieces resulted in immediate damage. I had to turn it around because a few light hits to try to get the dowels out resulted in the entire bottom piece being not only ruined but also unsupported. Not to mention the spaces between the backboards and the unit's top. Make sure you don't throw your money away.
The bookshelf and storage cabinet were purchased as a set. The bookshelf appeared to be in good condition and turned out to be quite cute, but the storage cabinet has a strong odor. I aired out the pieces individually on the porch. The wainscoting pieces, in particular, are still quite pungent after a day. I'm a little surprised, and I'm thinking about returning both the storage cabinet and the bookshelf because who knows what chemicals are hidden inside:.
