It includes shackles and red LED lights. It also comes with a trailer hitch that can be adjusted. Optional spare tire mount bracket and predrilled for antenna/light whips. For the price, it's a great deal.
They appear to be fantastic. I needed to tow a trailer, so this was ideal, and I finished it off with an RC4WD drop down hitch.
It's a thoughtful touch.
The bumper is fantastic, and the lights are extremely bright.
