You'll use the hardware from the bumper you're removing; otherwise, the bumper kit includes everything you'll need.
The 2wd Stampede is a perfect match for this.
Although it is made of plastic, it is quite durable. I've had a lot of headaches in the past few years. On collisions, flopped end over end, and so on, everything was fine.

This part is much more durable than the OEM part, and it bolts right in place. It comes in a variety of colors, but black was the color scheme I wanted for my Slash. Despite crazy landings and cartwheel crashes, I have yet to break it on my Slash truck.
Good.
For extreme off-roading, you'll need the right gear. road. Standard Traxxas part outlasts this one.
Long lasting and simple to use.
Everything goes according to plan.
The rustler vxl will benefit greatly from this part. When you remove the old one, the bolt holes align perfectly. You should also buy extra screws because both the rustler and the rustler have four holes.
Because it eliminates the upper shock-absorber, I was a little concerned about how this would mount. absorbing oval-shaped brace from the factory setup, but even after several head-on collisions, I haven't seen even the tiniest bit of damage from collisions with immovable objects, aside from surface scuffs. It frees up a lot of space around the frontend, making it easier to wrench on/in that area, and easier to clean after bashing, because it only mounts on the underside via the skidplate, which is a bit narrower than stock. It does appear odd at first, particularly in profile, because there is now a noticeable empty space between the wheels under the bodywork, but I believe the overall appearance has improved.
