That is a weak spot but it could prevent the whole bag from blowing up, and that is a huge issue
You can check the measurements here I think it might work if the 18 volt battery and charger fit inside. In spite of this, it is made from a fairly lightweight It would make me a little nervous to put a high-energy battery inside of
The batteries of lithium-ion batteries can catch fire when being charged. Even though it seems rare, it does happen occasionally. The Internet has a number of videos that explain how and why this occurs. If the bags catch fire, you can contain it until you can get it to a safe location.
Can you tell me how big your batteries are? About 9x4 inches is the size of the bag. Batteries fit quite tightly in that space, so if they fit, you probably can. Although I would be hesitant to use such a bag if some nasty event happened, I wouldn't want to take the risk of being confined in it if something went wrong. A heavier LiPO battery safe bag is better for batteries that are more than a thousand mAh.

However, that bag took a beating! Nothing caught on fire, but that bag took The quality of this product is excellent, and I'll definitely purchase another one! Please accept my sincere thanks.
This item was actually my second item after I purchased an RTR monster truck when I got back into RC cars this year. Today was the first time I had an issue charging a battery and it was a big one! Over the last 6 months, I have charged several different types of batteries without any issues. Earlier, I had started charging some lipo's on my LGD240 charger (that's a terrific charger, by the way) when I was called out to check on my A 6 year old boy told me there was a burning smell in the house while I was out there. WOOF! WHAT A SCHNIKIE! When I went into the house, there was smoke in my office. This bag did the job it was meant to do, it contained the fire from a lipo that had ignited. Since I had charged the previous batteries as well, I was stupidly keeping the next one in the bag. A few days ago, I had a 4s, 2x 2s high capacity, and I was about to charge 2 low capacity (1300mah) when one of the 1300mah died [thanks, Legendary. My lesson learned is not to put the charged batteries into their own bags after I have gathered them, which led to a few hundred dollars in battery losses. It's even more absurd when you consider that just a little $10 lipo cost me almost 20 times prepared by buying a good bag, charging it properly, and preparing the phone. It's much cheaper to buy a few dollars worth of dead, burnt lipo's than the alternative. (but since I live in a small house in a very damp, humid area, charging outside is too dangerous. ).
There are holes on the sides for charging. The bag works great and we like the way it looks. There is a problem with the zipper, as it is not heavy duty enough to support the handle on top of the bag when batteries are in it, which makes picking it up easy. In it, it says there can be up to 20 batteries, however we have less than half of that.
Used to use a flat Lipo bag, but I saw this one with so much more room inside. I'm not sure if it would contain a whole bunch of Lipos going off at the same time, although it seems to be a good option for storage. Despite that, I saw reviews on Amazon with 6 cells bursting and some pictures that appear to show positive results. However, it is still worth mentioning. Ensure that you don't get complacent and let your battery charge unattended. Even though lipo safe gives you more time and a second chance, you still might end up with a house fire if the conditions are right.
*If you have a lot of battery packs in your pack, then I suggest only utilizing its shoulder strap rather than the handle on top that can put strain on the zipper.
In the past few months, I've been getting back into RC, and the lipo batteries make me nervous. My family is used to using nicad or nimh batteries, which are never really troublesome. Along with the box, I also got a bundle of individual fireproof bags (small rectangular ones) for storing them all. My biggest concern was that if one battery failed, all of them would go! I didn't want to just dump all of my batteries into one big container! For storage, I could fit about six of the smaller ones into this bag, but since they are all separated, I don't need to worry too much about them. I like that the side flap of the bag makes it easy to open and put the charging leads through it when charging batteries. If you use this along with the other bags, I highly recommend getting some cheap insurance and peace of mind that you won't set your house on fire.
Keeping and charging LiPo batteries in this bag is an absolute must. After buying a couple other bags that did the job, this bag is much better because it has a much larger capacity than There are about 6 batteries in this bag. These are the bags in which I keep my batteries and chargers. Make sure your batteries are protected from fires and explosions when they are powered by Lipo cells. If I had purchased this bag first, I could have saved some money and been able to carry my RC vehicle with ease on my shoulders. It comes with a shoulder strap and keeps your hands free.
I really like this bag for charging your battery because it is velcro stitched to close as well as a zipper to close it can hold about 10 3s and about 8 4s so far I have not tried anything bigger.
I hope to keep this fact from changing. So far, I haven't had any Lipo fires. As such, I cannot comment on how well it will hold up in this regard, but there are some things I really like about the This text should be written as follows These lipo bags are thicker than any other bag I have and I have tried them all. It is perfect for my charging station as the charging flap extends the charging area. Now I am using a parrallel board to thread my cables through and all the charging is still done by itself. I prefer this bag to the one I had before that was on its side. 1. 2. 3. I was pretty pleased with the quality of the zipper as well. It is not the thin little one that loses its zipper parts easily.
