Do I have enough space in this bag to store several lipos?

It depends on the number of cells and the capacity of the Mah array. Depending on the size of the bag, I can pack three 3S 3200mAh or as many as six 2S 1200mAh. If you are charging a battery, it is recommended that you only charge one battery at a time.

Could you please let me know the delivery ETA, it said by 10pm but we are now at 9 pm. What do you think about 45 pushing the boundaries a bit?

This appears to be a good plan, but until a fire breaks out one day, we won't know for sure. My hope is that I will never need.

Containment system for LiPo batteries that is economical and safe. I am not sure, however, if this bag will be used only for storage, or will we also be able to charge batteries in it?.
