Shopping around and deciding to stick with plastic bulkheads for now because aluminum bulkheads are expensive is what I did. Due to the fact that it came with the vehicle, the part fits perfectly. I was having issues with a loose toe link screw on my old bulkhead. As a result, I damaged my old rear bulkhead from jumping my car in reverse. A rubber gasket would have kept dirt out of my bulkhead. I run my car off-road most of the time and I'm not happy about the mess. I like it better on the road or in dirty places because it's.
