Yup. I recently received a wide kit as well as these links. Don't forget to get axle shaft extenders if you don't want them to break.
Is it possible for X- to wear it? 1/5 scale is the maximum size?
No, these are only compatible with the Traxxas Maxx. You should look for part number 7748X, which is similar to part number 7748 but has a different size:
