I found the installation of my Spektrum 1900kV brushless motor to be very easy.
The pros are I must mention*br Arrival within a short period of time - Fan is not audible so I have not even heard it
- There were only a few fans out there with the Guyana connector that you could hook to the spare channel on the receiver*- - for most fans, the jst connector is used- When using a heat gun to measure my motor temperatures, I saw that my motor went from 149 I must mention*br Although I would prefer the fan to be on top of the motor, the results seem to be satisfactory as they are
- To get this to work, I had to file the top of the fin I cut before I could use it, so the motor wires wouldn't be damaged
Notes I must mention*br The heat sink was coated with thermal compound to help dissipate more heat - Good results in general, but I had to modify it to make it fit my needs. It received a 4/5, since I had to modify it to fit my needs.
Whenever I turn on my Senton, the fan breaks. I've started my second set of exercises. I've been using my Granite's for quite some time now, and it takes a lot more abuse than the one in my car. I have no idea why they break into my Senton so often. There doesn't appear to be anything coming in through the grille and into the fan, so I'm unsure of why this might occur.
For those of you who have the 4000KW HobbyWing motor, this will work great! This is a great book!.
Everything seems to be in order. Worked fine for us. I think the fans could be a little bit bigger. A faster or greater air movement is required. I've not used this before, but it.
As long as you keep it running it will slow/stop when hitting bumps, and it will get hot. I would not recommend using it on an RC car that bounces A thick, inefficient heat sink is often used. As there are no threads on the screws, if you tighten them, they will strip.
I just updated i have run my RC car about four times now and there are only three blades Your money will not be wasted. I like the ease of use with which it comes together (it snaps into place) and lowers temperatures considerably I highly recommend it.
