I also received a defective fan; I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent me a replacement fan, which has continued to function satisfactorily to this day.
The rc esc fan has a diameter of 1.25 inches. 18*1. 18*0. 39 inch, 28000 RPM, 540 550 brush/brushless motor compatible.
It's of a high standard. The outer frame is made of metal, most likely aluminum, and the fan appears to be enclosed within it.

Two of these were mounted using a dual mount. My Losi is now cooler than the side of the pillow on which it is resting. I'll be purchasing more of these for my other RC vehicles.
So I've had two of these fans for a couple of days and haven't run my car yet but I don't need to the holes are 30x30 but the casing makes it 40x40 fans are very powerful I knew they were better than what I had but they legit sound like a drone if you buy it and I recommend buying it you will need to hunt down the right esc and heatsink to fit it but it's worth it in my opinion adding to my review from a couple of.
The stock fan has fewer amps, as stated in the title. Approximately 17 vs. The cfm is about three times that of the traxxas, and it can actually make paper ripple, whereas the traxxas can't.
After a 30-minute run with this fan installed on the GoolRC 3930kv 4P brushless motor in my DHK Hobby Wolf 2 buggy, the motor went from being too hot to touch to cool. The motor currently has an 18-tooth pinion, but we'll see how the fan performs with a 21-tooth pinion.
This group of fans is incredible. In comparison to the stock TRAXXAS fans, a lot more air is moved. I loved them so much that I installed them on all of my radio controlled vehicles.

To cool the motor, it was recently added to the Redcat Shredder. Shredder has a fan on the ESC, but no fan on the motor, which causes it to overheat.
