Much better than using motor fans to circulate air

Good heatsink for 1/8 scale motorsbr>I used it on my arrma kratonbr>Run all day at my local track and temps stayed below 130 degreesbr>Very large fins, so check clearances of body and other components of your car. I am extremely happy. After seeing how well it performs in comparison to a motor fan, all of my track buddies have ordered as well.

Well- made, snug fit, and keeps the motor running much cooler! In my modified Traxxas Stampede, it works perfectly with the Castle Creations 2200 kv 1/8 scale motor

I had previously attempted to use a fan unit, but it became stuck when I ran through sand at the beach. As a result, this big-ticket item The finned heatsink does an excellent job of keeping the motor cool while preventing sand from becoming stuck in the fins. I would strongly suggest it.

To go with my TP motor, I purchased this. I'm working on a 4070-based project. This, combined with a cooling fan, brings the motor's temperature down FAST. I'm going to get some more for my other projects.

It's simple to set up and does exactly what it's supposed to do. All you have to do now is slide in over the motor and you're done. It is not necessary to use any tools or clips.

Now is the time to cool it down! After upgrading my daughter's car to run on a 24v battery, I used this to help extend the life of the stock motor in her Power Wheels

It appears to be helping, as she drives it at full throttle without issue; we'll see if the motor or the wheel bearings fail first. So far, both of them have proven to be dependable. These heat sinks are highly recommended by me.
