I have a two year old who is obsessed with aircraft. This is his third helicopter. Neither the first or second model worked properly, and both the replacements failed as well. I am in awe of this helicopter's ability to fly! This drone charges quickly, also gets longer than five minutes flight time. I have crashed it a couple of times and it still continues to fly. My toddler is too young to fly the plane without my assistance. The controls are easy for her to figure out, but too advanced for her to fly by herself. Having fun at this thing is a family affair! It was a dream come true for me to fly a remote control helicopter, and I never thought I would enjoy it.

This drone goes straight up, hovers, moves as directed on the remote, and lands with no trouble. There is only one thing I can say my cat better keep her eyes open. The reason I bought it was because of that.

Negative opinions about this entry level helicopter will disappear if you just practice. All works as intended. Stay in low speed mode until you are comfortable with the controls. When you are using this Heli outside, there can be no wind. It must be an absolute no wind environment. Helis will become uncontrollable in wind speeds even as low as 1 to 2 Mph. After over two hours of flying with the helicopter (about 25 flights), no issues have been detected.

The World Is A Beautiful Place. Despite the fact that I am nearly 60 years old, I still feel like a child at heart. Purchasing this helicopter was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Every other day, I fly it inside my house and I just love the way it looks and sounds. It's so easy to fly, and so much fun. I'm just so happy every time I fly it, it looks so beautiful. A fully charged battery allows me to fly for approximately 30 minutes. Charge for 7 minutes and then So far, I haven't had to replace any parts of it. It has been a year since I got it and it's like new. Despite how small it is and how little it costs, it really manages to handle almost like a real helicopter despite how well it's designed, I thought it's going to be an annoying little toy before I received it, but it was nothing like that at all. No matter what age you are, I can recommend it. The helicopter is worth every penny, it should be priced at least twice as much.

I received this along with a GoShock from Santa Claus for my son, aged 9. The two of them are great, and I'm glad we got them actually flies, but it's too unstable to be suitable for indoor use. If I had seen only one example of this, I would have become sour on all gyro copters. There is a remarkable level of stability in the Wind Hawk. It is automatic Despite the fact that it works, the take off and landing feature isn't very useful since my son can master take off and landing without an assist on his first charging. There are no real cons to flying this aircraft because it comes with automatic altitude control. In the hope that it would be stable and easy to fly, I bought this for a young niece. Generally, this aircraft is very stable, especially since it has an altitude hold. I'm used to throttles on other RC helicopters. This helicopter has a different throttle. On a typical throttle, the left knob is a down arrow that turns the power off and the right knob turns on the There is a spring loaded neutral position on this controller. The copter returns to altitude hold after each press of the up or down controller. It's as if each command gives a 'shot' of power/altitude. This is clearly different from prior experience, however, it may be beneficial for someone just starting out. It was relatively easy for my niece to fly the copter with just a little bit of practice. The right knob serves to rotate and drive the copter forward and backward. I had the most complaints about the landing and not wanting to turn it off/spool it I think the automatic functions are to blame for the quirks. Overall, it's a good copter for beginners, but definitely with some quirks.
