I was not pleased that the remote did not work properly

After receiving this item, my husband went to fly it and the emergency button did not work, which caused it to fly Having lost control of his vehicle in mid-air, my husband jumped into the car but lost control in the fast motion. We were very disappointed when the emergency button did not work the way it should have. I was upset after my son, 3, became The customer service after the review was amazing, as they sent us a replacement helicopter within five days of receiving the review. My sincere thanks go out to you. Whenever the helicopter returned, my son was ecstatic he was happy to see him again.

The ability to control is difficult

When I compare it to a helicopter I've flown before, I find this control system very difficult to master. The current control scheme has to go, so I'm returning it.
