Tamiya Ultra Fine Brush It's quite effective

This brush is great for getting into those tight spots. A good brush holds its shape, which is important for panel lining and other applications. To keep this, use liquid soap, warm water, and the natural crease in the palm of your hand; apply the liquid soap there, brush the brush there while running warm water, and the paint will come out. The crease in your palm also aids in the brush's shape retention. When you're finished, set it aside to dry until you're ready to use it again.
